Very depressing close out sale. It is a tragedy that globalisation has destroyed high street business.

Closing down. What a great shame. High street is dying. Too expensive to park there now. Too complicated to park there. Too difficult to go to the high street. No wonder it's closing.

Resembles a jumble sale . Prices have been inflatrd to make it look like you can get a discount when really you aren't you're paying more for most products than you would have previously. Closing down .

The sad demise of House of Fraser. I?ve heard they?re struggling, now being owned by the Sports Direct lot is glaringly obvious unfortunately ?.These stores used to be the pride of the high street being smart & well presented, the sort of shop where you?d go in and feel special, treat yourself - but not any more!!!Now it?s dim lighting with half of the lights not even on, a lack of displays, poorly laid out floors, no atmosphere which seems at odd thing to say but it just feels cold and lifeless. They?re clearly trying to shift certain stock you?d normally find in Sports Direct within House of Fraser - they?re not shy about it even the labelling is the same although it can be quite confusing as the SD label with say for the example £129.99 with a line through it, then £89.00 on the same label, but also is a small sticker price tag with £59.99? so you?re never really sure what you?ll be charged! It?s not got long left as a store on the high street I would say, which is a shame as these shops used to be great.

Sue on the Benefit cosmetics counter was very helpful and knowledgeable this afternoon. Although the blusher I wanted wasn't in stock (so she knew I wouldn't be purchasing today), she still spent time with me discussing the products available for my skin tone and how to apply them. I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure to buy anything. However I will be purchasing what I came for from Sue when it is in stock, as I'm happy to wait. Great service with a smile.

Ordered a pair of jeans in November, still not delivered. When I then inform them that I wish to cancel as it is now a month and half since the order, I'm informed that I cannot because the item has not been delivered! When I point out that if they never deliver, then I cannot cancel, my online chat is brought to an end!

Well laid out store, lots of high brand options with good discounts and also newer brands that are on the cheaper side of things,so something for everybody. Cafe Nero also available.

Didn't make a purchase but a very nice store.

Sadly this once opulent store is suffering from the lack of footfall on the traditional High Street and the ever increasing cost of keeping businesses open. Store lighting was dimmed, very minimal decorating of the store for Christmas, and a bargain basement look to displays. So very sad, but I feel it won't be open much longer.

Located at the Camberley shopping centre. Lack of enough personnel to attend to customers, limited range of items... plus building needs facelift. In overall, personnel are friendly.

Can't browse in there without being followed around. Get dirty looks from miserable staff. They've lost a customer that usually buys stuff in there once a week.
