Huge store with lots of choice. Costa coffee on the upper floor. Parking is plentiful and free. Large Tesco and M&S just over the road too.

Kids everywhere running around. Chaos by the self service collection points with 4 members of staff standing doing nothing and over 10 people waiting. Young staff could barely smile. I'm only giving 3 stars because the jeans I ordered fit.

Go for Click and Collect, which can be very slow as there never seems to be many staff behind the tills. You can be waiting a while even if there is not much of a queue

Always a lot here and the range rotates often. Can get lucky and get some ex demonstration items too. Wish they did more cat themed things as it's always dogs, but that's just me.

Well what can I say apart from this is a huge place to go shopping i went in looking for a super king duvet for my red room unfortunately there wasn't much of a selection in this size so I left a little disappointed but I will go back

Good selection of kids clothes, friendly staff, great prices but only observation is as a Dad shopping with his 9-year-old daughter, there's not a suitable changing area to accommodate us. Daughter had to go into ladies changing whilst I waited outside hanging around with the other Dads/husbands! Whole process took twice as long as it could have. However, as I said, great clothes, good prices and staff really friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated.

Easy to get to and good parking. Good range and Costa coffee on site should it get to much!

I like this store and think they handled covid very well during the pandemic. There's plenty of parking, friendly staff and it never feels over- crowded.
