Went to put air In tyres. I carry cash for emergencies. Cash is not even an option anymore. This world is becoming unlivable.

Supposed to open at 5.30am got there at 5.40 and still closed, cones across the entrance, someone in the shop who's own time is more precious than anyone elses, couldn't be bothered to open on time. 6/9/22

Whoever was on 22.55 shift on the 19.12.2021, white female , dark hair, doesnt take covid 19 safety messures seriously, has never heard of contactless payments, very poor service, conplaint forwarded to headoffice. Lack of training or just lack of common sence?

Always found the staff in here really friendly though they have had a number of pumps out of action for a few weeks now

pump 3 at the blackwater valley station charges you but does not dispence fuel at the equal amount the pump had stopped working at this point but continued to charge with no fuel coming out of the line even removed the line from my vehicle and squeezed the fuel trigger and nothing came out but still the price went up.

Fuel prices are more expensive than all others in the area, not seen anybody else selling diesel for £1.81 a litre, not even in London (Tesco in Barking offering diesel for £1.72 at same time). They were also the most expensive in the area when the government instigated Panic at the Pumps; it seems to me like the place might be managed by a disaster capitalist. Most of the staff are very pleasant but I won't spend another penny on fuel here.

Opening hours are incorrect. I was here looking for petrol an hour and a half before advertised closing time on Sunday and was already shut.

I had the misfortune of having to refuel at Watchmoor today and be verbally abused by other customers. There were 3 or 4 men ( I won?t call them gentlemen) who obviously don?t care about social distancing, wearing face masks or trying to protect others. They were joking between each other and as I exited the shop area one pushed past me to enter the shop, not wearing a mask (holding the collar of his top over his mouth), going in via the exit. I got to my car and he came out and got something out of his car and entered the shop again by the exit. I challenged him and the other 2 or 3 shouted at me asking me what the @@@@ is it to do with me and worry about your @@@@ing self ( which I was). It?s a pity that the wearing of face masks is not compulsory and your staff are subject to risks others don?t care about. I would like to see security at the station as you have in the Main shop. Maybe thugs would think twice before abusing law abiding people then.
