Absolutely thriller with my first visit at Serenity. As I walked in was welcomed by the staff and offered a nice cup of mint tea. The whole experience was executed with professionalism, care and high quality products. My hair never looked so healthy and shiny. Thea was absolutely incredible! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted to try and achieve and made an incredible transformation to my hair! When I went in, I really didn't think it would be possible but she went above and beyond my expectations and I am over the moon! She somehow managed to blend all my greys and my dark roots into the loveliest, natural blonde. I am completely blown away. The whole team at Serenity are amazing and attentive and the complimentary tea on arrival and the hand scrub were the icing on a fantastic cake. Thank you so much!

It was my first visit and I couldn't have been happier with my tint regrowth. The colour was beaufully matched and I had a lovely blow dry afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my daughter had a great experience at Serenity Hair. From the moment we have arrived, we were looked after so well. Every member of staff were amazing and very friendly. They make you feel special all the way through.We are very grateful for all the love we have received and will definitely be back.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish! A pleasant welcome which included a good coffee and complimentary mint tea. Delicious! My stylist greeted me by my name! Excellent attention to detail! During my hairwash I received the most amazing head massage! What a treat! If I lived nearer, I would visit the salon just for this treatment! It was wonderful.I came to the salon for a 'wedding guest style' and was not disappointed! My stylist was a wizard with a hairbrush and I still had curls four days later!! All of the staff at the salon were lovely and I left with a little goody bag too! Nice touch!What a delightful morning - thank you very much! ??

Visited the salon today and enjoyed the experience. Felt comfortable as soon as I walked in, was offered a drink and was seen to by the lovely Thea who was very knowledgeable and kind. I had the oil treatment, scalp consultation, facial and bouncy blowdry. My hair feels healthy and soft. Loved the chilled, relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Thea did a wonderful job on my hair and consulted on the colour too. Will be back for other services and highly recommend ??????

I have been coming to Serenity since their opening in June 2023 for a weekly blow dry and monthly hot oil treatment with Natalie. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the girls are nothing but friendly and warm. Whenever my daughter comes in for a pamper treat, the girls are accommodating, warm and welcoming, so much so she always wants to come with. As a busy working mum who struggles to make time for herself, the weekly hour I spend here gives me some much needed relaxation time. Definitely couldn?t think of a better salon.

Loved my visit! I have been looking for a salon for a while now and this salon kept being recommended. I am so glad I found them as they knew exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with the results. The stylists are all highly skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning even with the 90 minute round trip ? well worth it!
