I am pleased with the service in the salon itself and the hairdresser. The online queue or booking system was not good, arrived on time then asked to come back an hour later. The system did not take into account walking in customer. The branch only had 1 hairdresser in a day.

I was not impressed, I checked in online and it said just over an hour wait - headed into Camberley, got the text to say it was time for my appt, walked in and she said she wouldn?t have time for me today? Abysmal service

Lovely experience. Easy booking as I arrived. Opportunity to wait or come back. I had a lovely chat with the lady who cut my hair and she gave good advice about my hair.

Sasha is a great hairdresser I absolutely love the cut definitely recommend her to anyone best cut I have had in years I had no problems with Sasha will definitely be going back to her for my haircuts Your appointment system is appalling and doesn?t work well I booked in online and it said 35 minutes got to the place and it had gone up to 3 hours and 52 minutes and I was second in the queue it hadn?t taken into consideration the booked appointment when I booked in had to book in for later that day

Being in despair about the state of my hair, after a less than satisfactory highlighting experience at a 'high end' salon, I was absolutely delighted with the lovely restorative cut I received at Supercuts.I left feeling so much better.Thank you.I shall definitely return!
