Appu did my facial few weeks back. It was very relaxing, and I felt so good after the facial. I didn?t feel rushed and it was a great experience! She took enough time for face massage and overall I enjoyed it. I wouldnt hesitate recommending Appu.

Apu did my facial this morning and left me feeling like a new woman! Very relaxed, and my skin is glowing. The ladies at Suravi are so lovely, made me a cup of tea beforehand. I didn?t feel rushed and it was a great experience! I had the anti aging facial, would definitely recommend. Thank you Apu you?re amazing

Been coming here for a good 10 years (on and off due to studies/work and moving around etc) and has always been amazing. However, for the past year there has been a change in staff and the quality of eyebrow threading has gone down drastically. Still excellent customer service however new people not trained and experienced like previous staff. Have given this place a few chances in the past year however eyebrow threading experience has not improved. Does it very slowly and pulls the skin, to the point it?s extremely painful and leave the place with marks around my eyebrows that lasts for days. Please bring back your old staff. Want to continue being a loyal customer but this is not helping.

A good salon. £7 for very good quality threading. The lady is lovely and polite. Parking on the street for 2h for free. I'll be back!

My go-to place for eyebrow threading. They always do a good job, sometimes it's actually painless. I love that they apply cream with a little forehead massage at the end - so soothing! The price at other salons is ridiculous but here it's extremely reasonable (£6 at the time I write this).Service: Body waxing

Can't say I wont go to them again for a haircut given these guys are pocket friendly at least, but if you can spend a couple of more quid then avoid this place.

Went to hair cut, hair cut fair, new employee she was good, pay ? by card wanted to charge £0.50, which they should not, they are aware, but they want cash somehow by sending me at ATM in town centre, ended paying that extra charge.

I went for 3 treatments - and I have 3 incidents to comment on:1) colouring - I took with me 3 types of colours and asked her to match any of them with the colour of my roots.She made a mess of my roots. During the process, I kept checking with her if it was time to have it washing it off but she ignored and got on with another customer2) diring washing off the colour from my hair, instead of adjusting the sink or the chair, she was moving back and forth the sink with my neck in it. There was no consideration for any safety hazard to my neck!3) the same lady washing my hair was also did my threading. She got a little bit more into the speed of threading that she got my earring off my ear and shoot it to a few inches away.My last treatment was eyebrow tinting - likely no incident to report on.All the above are indications of lacking attention, carelessness and no knowledge of health and safety. I am afraid, it used to be anbetter place but not now.So I have given just 1 for the eyebrow treatment and it went without any incidents ! Honestly, I been too generous with my rating.Good luck to any customer for a future use.
