Have been going here for a long time. I have never had a problem at all with any of the staff. Perhaps it depends how you approach them as to how they react. If the prescription is not ready, how on earth can it be the staff?s fault. It is the pharmacist who is late back that causes the delay at lunch times, as has happened to me. But that is life. Seems to be the moaners who spend all their time giving feedback. I for one will continue to go to this chemist. I am grateful to get my medicines. Thank you.

Disgusting customer service and a very rude young lady (Charlotte )member of staff. Telling people that the pharmacist is having her lunch and will be back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later telling customers the same thing. Then Being rude when challenged about it. Poor older customers having to wait around for someone to finish their lunch before they get their medication is terrible. I also only have an hour lunch break to collect my prescription. No cover over lunch break is bad management for a pharmacy. So don?t go between 1-3 pm they tell you 15 mins but for me it?s 30!. They have even given my medication to another customer before ?. I am still waiting for an explanation how that happened !.

Am very unprofessional staff , call the pharmacy and they was saying that the medications are ready but when I got in there I hayto wait for all most an hours to collect them and also they didn?t have all the medicationAbsolutely ridiculous and disgusting

I changed to this pharmacy last year when I moved into the area. They have delt with three of my prescriptions since then and there has been problems each time. Having to repeatedly go back as prescriptions are incomplete (the last time it took 3 weeks!) Older female staff in there are abrupt, rude and quite frankly couldn't care less. I will not now, or ever again use this "service"

Disgraceful behaviour from that young girl Charlotte and lower than low cost customer service provided - this individual is so rude and accusing client to forge prescriptions while the GP actually confirmed to her over the line that it is him who modified the document. Unsure what qualifications / certification she has to put such serious allegations like this on the table without any evidence ? Obviously few steps missed during the education and training sadly !Also just to point that It is not the first time that staff is rude in there - will go to Lloyds brox road instead, much more friendly and welcoming treating clients with respect and dignity, not like you ?

Made a mistake that caused a lot of disruption and additional calls to 111. Then when I asked them about the issues the person was quite abrupt and blamed me for their error.

Terrible service, as just spoke to a lady on the phone about COVID booster and she was rude and could not get off the phone quick enough. If you are dealing with the public should be friendly no matter what mood you are in.

I spoke to a female member of staff this morning over the phone regarding my prescription and was so appalled by the ?customer service?. The lady was rude, unhelpful and nasty. This is the first and last time I?ll ever get a prescription from this pharmacy.

Now it been taken over by new staff a lot better and nice staff and shop has been modernise
