The agents are repeatedly saying the same things, like they are reading from a script.Firstly you shouldn't be actively selling products if you can not fulfil the supply.Secondly, you shouldn't be charging delivery if you can not supply the service.I paid £3.99 for next day delivery, which was not carried out as promised.After numerous chats and calls, I received an email saying I would receive my items by 2nd October, again this did not happen.I have had no further updates and have had to chat or phone again to now be told delivery by the 8th of October.Lastly, for such a large company that is world renowned, I am absolutely gobsmacked that you dont have a plan B back up in case such issues arise.I am being told it is to do with your warehouse not being able to book a courier, I am also being told that you only use your partner courier DPD.This is bad practice, especially when the UK has several established courier companies like Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, APC, TNT FedEx, Yodel, Evri, and possibly many more.

If you don?t want to be scammed and lose your hard earned money then do not ever purchase anything from Samsung. I ordered a Samsung Book 3 Pro 360 laptop costing nearly £2,000 only for it to arrive FAULTY. After sending it back to Samsung for a replacement, they have left me waiting 5 weeks and counting for it to be delivered. Now after being told that they still have my original laptop and are going to send out the replacement, they then do suddenly changed their mind falsely claiming that the replacement has already been delivered which it has not. If you want to lose your money and be left empty handed and then go through being told many lies and false promises by clueless customer support agents. Then by all means deal with Samsung at your own risk

I would give them zero if it was possible because Samsung clearly have an issue with "racism" about where you live in the country. I have constantly had Samsung phones since the S4 but I always bought them through my service provider but I registered for the preview and sat and watched the whole thing for an hour and a half but because of where I live (Lincolnshire countryside) Samsung won't sell me one. EVERY time I enter my address AFTER fully completing my order and trying to pay their website kicks me out. They are quite happy to take my order until I enter my address and they realise where I live !!!! How racist can you get ???
