Two weeks ago I fell and broke my ankle. From the paramedics to all the staff in A&E I could not of asked for greater care and professional treatment. I was kept up to date throughout my treatment. After my initial treatment I was taken to a ward. The staff were All amazing, they were on hand whenever I needed them to help me as I had to stay in bed.The surgeons that pinned my ankle talked me through what they were going to do and the hopeful outcome.I stayed at St Peters for five days and I must say I can not fault any part of my stay.

I was extremely disappointed by the level of care I received from the particular doctor who saw me. I described symptoms that had lasted years, like blood pooling in my legs due to circulatory issues, and after not listening, he decided it was a rash. I described my extensive family history of early-onset cardiovascular and blood pressure complications, many of which had only been picked up via an angiography or having myocardial infarctions, and I was immediately told that the cardiovascular issues I am on waiting lists to investigate could not be vascular-related due to my age, despite all the symptoms. I was told by the person who accompanied me that I had been downplaying the severity of my pain and symptoms, but this doctor made me feel like there was no point in seeking clinical help at all. When I asked if I should be concerned about my hypertension (150/120), he said that I couldn't be sure if the symptoms were real or just 'anxiety', and failed to mention I had tachycardia until I received discharge letters! Despite the clear disregard for my symptoms and the extreme superficiality of whether I 'looked bad enough', he surprisingly prescribed me medications...then failed to write the dose, quantity, or address on the prescription, so I could not pick it up.

I'm 53 years old and this was the single worst experience in my life in any hospital, the corridors are signed up for beds so they are a ward, portwrs bashing beds into beds with sleeping people in them, I went into the A+E just after 12 today and wasn't offered a drink or anything with 2 broken ribs, I managed to fall asleep once in a side room and a porter smashed another bed into my bed waking me, I appreciate NHS staff have a difficult job but I felt safer leaving than staying so I left at 9pm, it's clear that the NHS is completely broken, far worse than my 2 ribs, I pray I never need to go to an A+E again.

Visited fracture clinic and main hospital for ct scan. The fracture clinic doctors that deal with ankle fractures are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They certainly want the best for the patient and will go out of there way to make sure they have given the best service. Highly recommend all staff are very friendly.

Thanks to Kathy, lovely midwife who done my 20 weeks scan! Very professional and was patiently explaining everything (even though baby did not want to turn until some 3rd attempt). The gender reveal party worked out great. Thanks Kathy :)

Robbing patients with parking fees beyond belief. Even bigger hospitals in South/West london dont charge as much. Useless staff and facilities as well

The care I had on the outpatient USS department was outstanding, however the car park fees are completely outrageous. 4.50£ for 31 minute parking. I?m honestly shocked and wonder I people that need to come to the hospital often can afford it.

Do *NOT* Trust their Diagnosis. Get a quick 2nd opinion at a decent hospital. ESPECIALLY if it involves a diagnosis using a CT Scan or MRI image. They seem to be totally lacking in Staff who actually know WHAT they are looking AT or FOR !!Too many Missed or WRONG Diagnoses and can be fatal.Really go to Royal Surrey as much better.3 Examples I know of !1. Man with Pancreatic cancer. Fobbed off, fobbed off and fobbed off. DIED horrible death from Pancreatic Cancer.2. Young man, scanned told nothing wrong. Went to Royal Surrey told had brain cancer.3. Sent to St Peter's with Hernia. They CT scanned told him he did NOT have hernia but thought had enlarged lymph node. Cut open found he did have hernia. Morons.Seriously. DO NOT rely on St Peters. If youre gut tells you different then go to Royal Surrey or other Hospital.

Very poor care, I was left for 10 hours in the cotrrudor without any care. They didn't noticed my seizure... I was post surgery patient transferred by ambulance services from another hospital for complex and advanced care....
