I signed up with the Dorking club specifically advising i will only be using this gym for 2 months and would need to transfer to Crawley, however I have been calling and emailing but they keep on contradicting their advise - I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the transfer which still has not taken place and its been months - very poor customer services

This gym is not worth the money at all, the equipment is broken or about to break, the staff are so rude, unapproachable and unhelpful. It feels like you're trying to use their own personal gym and you're in the way. Awful place.

I had been a member here since it opened (2015 I believe). It has been one of several gyms I?ve frequented in that time period mainly due to convenience. Recently it seems to have gone somewhat downhill and I have revoked my membership.My primary gripe was with the equipment not being properly looked after. Screws on benches very loose (when approached a member of staff about it she didn?t even have a sodding Allen key!), and upholstery not being repaired adequately.If the franchisee is reading this you MUST ensure equipment is kept safe and tightly secured on a frequent basis, otherwise you will have a nasty lawsuit on your hands.In addition, they bought one of those stupid V-squat machines instead of the proper hack squat that place was crying out for! I rarely saw anyone use it!Finally, the general cleanliness of the gym is no longer up to scratch.I have tried to be fair and objective here; if you are looking for an adequate space to train in Dorking it?s ok. But I no longer felt mine and my wife?s membership was worth it. And the safety issues must be addressed.I hope the franchisee reads this and makes the necessary improvements to what could be a pretty decent gym.Oh, and change that hateful playlist!

Worst gym, stay away ! Tiny rubbish gym you cant even get on anything, has hardly any weights and dont sign the contract they have so many sneaky clauses in, when you leave they carry on taking money from you even after you're contracts finished, you even have to give a cancellation notice which they don't even respond too so they keep taking money from you, horrible parasitic gym

This is a nice gym, loads better than the one at Leatherhead and the other council run gym in Dorking.

This is more advice really than a bad review but if this place included a trampoline U would go become a member of some trampoline classes

Lovely, polite and friendly staff. Have enjoyed every visit so far. Very clean and a fair variety to choose from ? fair value for money ? ? ? I would/will be recommending to others ??? Always leave feeling pumped ??

A great place to get fit. The staff are all helpful and friendly, the individual trainers listen and understand if you have restrictions and make working out a wonderful experience.Highly recommend people to try this gym, I haven't smiled this much in ages and felt fitter at the same time.

Anytime gyms are the best.. and cheapest you'll find around.. faultless.Clean, tidy n cheap memberships! Take a deep breath..hit beast mode! And start making the best version of yourself ?

A great gym that is open 24 hours a day. So I can get a workout in at 430am or 500am as my schedule permits.
