“Great customer service! I have bought a gaming PC from them a year ago. Suddenly the CPU temp was going through the roof and the PC kept freezing. I am right in the middle of a development of a new aircraft, so the idea of sending the PC away for repair was dreadful. However, the guys at Wiref2fire ordered the pickup on Tuesday, and my PC was back with me on Saturday that same week! That was really surprising as I expected it would take a few weeks. That is why I decided to write this review, because customer service is as important as the business itself. Thanks!”
