Don't expect any customer service here.\\n\\nLine of 11 people for one lady to serve, there is absolutely 0% care towards trying to be quicker, as she casually sips away her thermos mug.\\n\\nThere are staff out back, who don't care to acknowledge the lengthy line either.\\n\\nIt took the assistant over 10 minutes to serve one customer, so that's an average waiting line of over an hour!!!\\n\\nYou'd be better off using pigeons for your post.

Disgusting NON-service by this joke of a National mail company. National disgrace more like. There should be no charge, now that ALL mail is reduced to one delivery in three weeks! I?m forced to pick up my own mail if I want it on time. Get rid of this whole rotten institution because it?s no longer fit for function.

Royal mail delivery in Dorking is appalling. Turns up 2-3 weeks after it was sent. Terrible service in the dorking area

Please actually show up when a collection has been arranged. the amount of times I've had to inform customers and apologise that there were delivery est. issues thanks to Royal Mail as always is becoming an old excuse now.. Some people have to take time off work just to await for the collections that never happen. Please stop being trash - cheers

Excellent service and very kind staff who insisted on helping me trace the mis-addressed item I was trying to trace even when I called outside their official open to the public hours. I am so grateful

I was new in Dorking, they accepted a dpd parcel not being a drop off parcelshop. I don't know why they did that, I lost my parcel and my money, without any solution.

Collection office opening hours not avaliable anywhere online (have now posted updated photo).The handful of men sitting around the yard area gave a 'computer says no' answer and that we should lodge a complaint with head office. Amazing to think they're going to strike when they seem so willing to be as unhelpful and passive as possible.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THE LABELS WHEN IT'S SELECTED ON THE WEBSITE, Simply don't offer the service is you can't provide it. cheersThe team continues to 'forget' to bring the labels even after 7 months and I swear at this point it's deliberate. I cannot afford for my eBay sales to keep going missing whenever I use this service. It damages seller reputation. I lost £200 over a return that went missing and then you closed my case even though I was entitled to compensation. If it happens again I will take further action.
