If I could give a zero I would! The staff and management in this store are so rude! I don?t know if it?s a race matter but it seems like that most of the reviews here are from Asian customers who have complained about the staff in this store as being rude and abrupt. I think the staff in this store need some serious training in customer service skills as they lack basic customer service skills. They all look miserable and unwilling to help. The staff are unapproachable and make you feel uncomfortable. They find it difficult to even crack a smile. I have complained to customer services, who have advised they will email the store. I know nothing will be done about the experience I encountered today. The cashier seemed miserable and like all the other times I have visited. The manager was also unhelpful when I brought back an item last week implying indirectly that I was lying. I won?t be visiting this store in the near future. Why would I want to part with my money and choose to spend it in a store where the staff are incompetent to even smile and acknowledge a customer. It?s disgusting, I have noticed on more than one occasion the staff pick and choose who they wish to acknowledge and it seems this approach they have is based on the colour of your skin! I dislike bringing the race card into it but it?s difficult not to under these circumstances! Shocking!!!! Oh and they can?t even provide hand wash that isn?t watered down in their toilets. Disgusting! I know inflation is on a increase but come on Tesco do BETTER!

Lack of trust. Customer services can't give me small box if matches to pay at the self service till with my big basket of shopping. Instead I have to buy them separately from them. Complete lack of logic.

On the whole this is a decent store with friendly service. However one of the long term checkout ladies decided to comment on my shopping once, for example claiming my chocolates were cheap and didn't taste very nice when she had them, after I said I like them. Well Mrs, I'm buying them and I enjoy them, so keep your negative opinions to yourself. I make sure she never serves me now.One big gripe of mine is who tells the staff about stock rotation, or checks it? The amount of times I've gone to get bread or milk and there's plenty in stock with but with just a couple of days left before the useby/bestbefore date, while I've had some from days earlier which had an even longer date.

Horrendous customer service yesterday evening around 7pm at self checkout by female staff member, she was busy talking to someone and when I called her to help she behave so rudely and after couple of seconds another English customer called her and her behavior changed quickly and turns friendly with smiling face towards that customer . So I think she only welcomes English customer .

People are quit rude me and my husband went for shopping and we bought a alcoholic beverage and she asked for an id and my husband was showing her the id but no she specifically want to see my id and i was not carrying my id me and she said she can't give us the alcoholic beverage to us just because i couldn't show my id to herIt happen on 2nd march at 19:20.SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE BECAUSE WHEN MY HUSBAND CALL HER SHE 0WAS TALKING TO SOMEBODY. I scheduled an delivery through the tesco website between 11-12 am. I wasn't available before then, and the delivery came at 10:30. This caused me to miss the delivery, so I called the Tesco support line where I was told it was on time, when it was half an hour earlier than the earliest time I booked. I now have to walk 35 minutes to tesco. Poor performance tesco.
