I LOVE this place! It's hard to describe to someone who hasn't experienced it as it's not like anywhere else. Walking through the front door is instantly calming, it really is a sanctuary and somewhere that you want to be. I use the kitchen for my healthy cookery workshops and everyone who comes along says the same thing, the whole vibe of the place is really calming and inspiring. There's a Spa, a gaming room, a reading nook, a fashion studio, a gym, a kitchen and so much more... I urge you to visit, you wont regret it!

If there is ever an advert for ?work hard, feel better? then it?s at PT. With an incredibly personable style, the 1-on-1 boxing session was uplifting. The trainer pushed my physical abilities whilst developing the basic techniques required to take up boxing more regularly. The session will match any private session elsewhere on price and exceed in all other aspects. Not only this but PT has a wealth of other incredible wellness activities to interest yourself in. Couldn?t recommend more.

I started training with PT in February. I had personal trainers in the past but PT is different and the best for me so far. I particularly enjoy his positive energy. When I first met him, I was instantly impressed by how knowledgeable he was. I had runner's knee for years. After running with PT once, he spotted what I did wrong. He fixed my posture and I now run a lot faster with no extra pressure on my knees. It was a magical moment for me. PT has been focusing on what I NEED not what I want (aren't we all too ambitious at times hahaha). He tailors the training to suit my physical and mental capacity and makes each session fun. I'm very grateful that he took this approach from the beginning. I look forward to each training as I was going to parties with my favourite people. Within short period of 2 months, I gained core, upper body strength the most. I surprised myself when I went to India for my Yoga Teacher Training exams recently. I was able to do a lot more than before I met PT. I will continue training with him and I highly recommend PT to anyone. He's simply the best personal trainer you could wish for.

Fantastic trainer. Keeps me motivated and challenged every week with different exercises focusing on different muscle groups. I have noticed my fitness level continually improve with PT DEPOT since starting good one to one session.

The PT Depot is a great place to train at. Phil is a very knowledgeable PT and it goes to show in the results Ive had in a very short time. I 100% recommend the PT Depot to anyone who wants to feel comfortable while training and see results quickly.

After failing to lose weight in the gym on my own I decided to try PT by PT as my husband had impressive results with them, I was skeptical at first as the workouts are only 30 min long but I realized they make you work smarter not longer. It was definitely worth the the money as I saw results after only a few weeks. They are friendly, understanding and cater to individual needs. They change up the workouts giving me the variety and progression I need...gone are the days of running on a treadmill for ages with little results. Invest in yourself you wont be sorry!!

The PT Depot is a great fitness studio, located in the heart of Epsom and really easy to get to. The workouts are challenging but good, you don't feel like you are doing too much during the sessions, but it hits you the next day with sore muscles, but a good soreness! Really great working with Phillip who helps with key areas that you may need help on. The one to one experience allows you to focus on just what you need help with. I cannot recommend the PT Depot or Phillip higher, really great spot.

Awesome place to keep fit, release stress and get reenergised. Trainers are experienced and enthusiastic to make sure you are achieving your goals. They always make it fun and interesting to workout. Give you so more than just advice on your body but everything connected with your lifestyle. Joined up and don't ever see myself going back to a normal boring sweaty gym again!
