Stopped by for a cheeky drink while it was sunny. Staff were super kind and even brought us out a bowl of crisps in the house. Great selection of food and hot & cold drinks! Strongly recommended stopping by :)

The staff was very rude and didn't know how to treat customers properly. They were rough and slammed the plates down on the table.

The staff / food inside of the actual cafe are always nice. However, the lady who works in the open cafe bit in the actual shopping centre is extremely rude. Shame because the man she works with is always nice and the food is decent and it's in a convenient place. I will definitely never be going here again if she's on the tills/serving!

Me and my mum came here for lunch and we had a delicious burger and fries, it was delicious. The service here is amazing as every worker is nice and respectful towards you. 5 stars in my eyes! MUST TRY!Kid-friendliness: The workers are very keen on making the children smile and laugh as the number 1 priority is to make sure that the customer is happy which they do such a great job at.

I just came to order a cappuccino and it?s tasted so badly and also the waiter (lady with black hair ) very arrogant and I will never be back. The one inside the Ashley center it?s the best.

Stopped here for lunch. The food was clearly freshly cooked and lovely. Friendly staff and good strong tea.

Stopped for a flat white with my wife. Terrible, terrible coffee - taste burnt. Would not have another one here.

The lunch served was actually quite nice, expensive but nice I had the prawn/mango wrap and it was lovely Kids were happy too I just cannot explain why the older lady is so abrupt. I wouldn't say Rude......some would Id say tactless and abrupt.

No greeting upon entry, not a glimpse of a smile from the servers, after seeing other people?s comments, doubt management are doing anything to change their quality of customer service. Never coming back.

Worst Toasted sandwich I?ve ever had, coleslaw was tasteless, dry, more onion in my toastie then cheese, staff behind the counter look so feed up, the very old guy behind the counter is only polite if your female ( bit Creepy ) no please or thank you from any of the staff, coffee was nice but come on a horrible chipped saucer ? Absolute Dive of a place, such a shame because it?s quite a nice spot ( anyone that thinks the food here is nice, obviously has no idea about food, worst £20.00 I?ve ever spent

Here 20/10 15.00 had good coffee and pastry sever was pleasant and made my coffee exactly how I asked I used to frequent there branch In Wimbledon daily until they sadly closed down shame they don?t take American Express.However It?s unfortunate due to the over zealous security at the Ashley Centre I won?t be I returning again.I hope you do well.
