I recently had a tour with Becks and cannot fault the customer service provided.I enquired with the club and shared details of a visitor I would be bringing along suffering with their mental health. Becks' approach to the visit was incredibly understanding and sensitive and made sure to make the visitor feel welcome and understood during the tour.The facilities on offer were top class and although menbership is at premium price point, the service and amenities cannot be compared to most other clubs nearby.Communication is quick, phones answered, questions answered and thorough tour. Absolutely zero pressure to sign up after a visit.

For my first experience ever with David Lloyd at any club it?s awful. To be paying a premium amount you would expect it to be better than your public Lesuire centre.My home club is Exeter however I?m away for work and thought I?d try this club before returning. On arrival I scanned in and asked where I could find the spa and pool. Which the lady directed me. She advised I could not use the spa as I did not have the diamond membership. When I signed up this was never advised of this. Half the reason for joining David loyd was being able to access away clubs for work. As I?m able to use the full facilities at my home club why should I not be able to whilst I?m away? I accepted this and asked how much for a day pass in which she stated £40 (absolute rip off). No privacy from screaming kids, a child managed to unpick the lock whilst I was using the toilet, clearly not supervised. The costume dryer was out of order, the outside pool was full of leaves and clearly had been neglected, the building was full of buckets due to leaks and to top it off someone poo?ed in the pool, which can I add was floating right next to my mouth. The life guard states because it?s solid you can carry on as you were.Honestly for a first experience ever using David loyd it?s been awful and defiantly is not worth the premium considering you can?t even use the spa!!

After all the renovations this club really is great. Yes it is a premium price but it is nice to know the changing facilities are cleaned very regularly and things are taken care of properly.The new spa is absolutely wonderful as well.The swimming pool can be a little cold if you're just playing with kids but for those who are doing laps it is fine once you warm up.

We had a wonderful tour from the lovely Becks, who showed us the great facilities on offer. The amount of things available for families is fantastic and we loved the new spa facilities. It looks like the right balance of relaxation for adults and entertainment for children. Becks was wonderful at showing us the range of things on offer and we can't wait to use it all.

How can it be that access to the spa requires you to pass through 2 security gates but the bike shed is publicly accessible? My bike was stolen along with 5 others which is unacceptable. Surely David Lloyd should be encouraging members to cycle, if not for their physical and mental well-being then at least to free up spaces in the often full car park! A clean, secure bike shed with a track pump and basic tools isn?t much to ask for considering the cost of membership.?At David Lloyd Clubs we believe that health and fitness isn?t just for January. We believe that long term health, fitness and happiness comes from a sustainable, balance and long term approach to wellness.? Just make sure you come by car because it?s difficult to relax in the spa while worrying about your bike.

Absolutely brilliant gym, I signed up this week and just a hour in the spa my mind is already feeling betterI would recommend one thing that I think will absolutely top it off for me and therefore become a lifelong member, that would be a pool table or 2 somewhere in the building! I know you don't go to the gym to play pool but this isn't your ordinary gym

I love being a member of David Lloyd. Becks initially showed me around and is a real asset to the club, explaining all the facilities and answering all my questions. The club is great, staff are friendly, facilities are top notch and there is just so much to do.

I cannot fault David Lloyd Epsom. Staff are so attentive 5 star treatment. This place is honestly the most fabulous gym, spa. Restaurant, pool. Pure luxury- I would live there if I could!

We just rejoined after lockdown and had a wonderful swim in the pool! Really pleased that Holly in the sales team was gently persistent and kept in touch, without putting pressure on us, and helped us find a good way/time to join. She was a great ambassador for the club. Looking forward to swimming outside soon (maybe the autumn will be the new summer?) and enjoying the new spa facilities.

Been a member for a couple of years , staff always massively accommodating and attentive , big up holly in sales at EpsomThis week who helped assist with my 10000 questions about adding on one of my children onto my membership .. always makes me nervous making a change to things . She replied fully and made me feel at ease about adding him , thanks !

Really great club - facilities are undergoing a revamp and will be amazing when finished. Martin was very helpful guiding me through the joining process, and taking on board a couple of issues I had had. Holly in the gym has been super helpful getting me used to using the gym regularly and being set up with a routine. All in all a very good, high end experience and I'm glad I re-joined.
