Booked the appointment and was few mins late. They called me up and told them just doing the parking. But when I reached they have given my appointment to some one else. Pathetic no courtesy wasted my time and money on parking.Will not use there services again.

When it came to choosing glasses difficult to see the cost of the glasses. Each pair had a label with tiny writing on, so could not read (don't I have bad eyesight anyway-that is why I am in an opticians !). Horrified to find on top of the glasses would be charged 55pounds per lense. NOT even anything fancy like bi-focals.... read full comment
