Friendly atmosphere....staff friendly and helpful.Mixture of ages.Nice basic gym...but all you need for workout.Spacious so not working out ontop of each other.Time restrictions if you aren't a student.Plenty of parking.

We play badminton every week there, always found it easy to book and easy to access. Besides badminton, hockey, indoor football, basketball and many other facilities, the location has ample parking, which is always a plus. I'm not giving 5 star because some of the equipments are a bit dated. Otherwise, very good ?

Great gym, good price, friendly. Everyone just gets on and works out!

Very well priced gym that is mostly quiet. On the smaller side but has all the equipment you would need. Easy parking. Opening hours are slightly limited but worth the value. Very friendly staff.
