I had 3 jabs before I went travelling. The pharmacist was very helpful and explained process, as well as providing water and a snack which made me feel at ease.

Went for Covid booster with an appointment time. On arrival, was a bit chaotic, people not called forward by name or time, just sat and waited until you figured you were next as more people came in behind you!

Patient confidentiality appalling I was asked in the surgery in front of other customers what medication was on my prescription . There is no empathy and no confidentiality in this pharmacy. I wont be returning.

Me and my girlfriend recently completed our travel vaccinations for our trips across South East Asia, the pharmacist (Armen) was incredibly helpful throughout both our consultantation period on what vaccines we'd require, and helping us make a schedule on when we would have appointments.Overall we had over 14 appointments each, set-up around our schedules, over a period of just 2 months. Including the pharmacist finding difficult to source vaccines, considering we were taking them during the off-season whilst there are global supply chain issues.Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming for all of our appointments and it's brought peace of mind to both of us that we're appropriately protected for anything that might come up whilst traveling. 5 stars.

Took my daughter here for her first jab, she suffers from severe anxiety and rarely go out anywhere. Staff were so friendly, we were a walk in appointment and only waited about 10 mins. The doctor who gave her the jab was great talking to her and keeping her anxiety at bay. She came out very happy.

My 2 recent experiences have not been good. Staff member (same person) was rude and dismissive. No empathy, customer service or offer to help with a prescription issue. Will always go elsewhere

Great for walk-in covid and flu jabs. The volunteer on duty yesterday was kind and considerate and brought an air of calm to the whole experience. Have already recommended to others!

It was a Saturday and I hadn?t realised I?d run out of anxiety pills, doctors was closed and I thought my repeat prescription had gone to nima- so I went there and the woman behind the counter said no it?s been refused. Tried getting some more information because I was very confused as to why,l and what my options are- she was very dismissive, she didn?t care , was very short and just felt like an inconvenience to her day. I went home and ordered an emergency prescription through 111- I had a code that I was told to pass to the chemist/ I went back to the pharmacy as advised by 111 and she said point blank no, can?t help with this; Didn?t even ask to see the confirmation email code , and said ?youll live till Monday?. At this point I was raging and walked out only to find out, it wasn?t refused it had just gone to a different chemist. I took the morning off work to book into the doctors only to find outing hadn?t been cancelled it had been sent to a different pharmacy. I suffer without my medicine so I needed advice and guidance which I did not receive. Won?t be coming back here anytime soon, extremely rude and by the looks of these reviews I?m not the first person to experience this?
