Got a printer from here a couple of weeks ago. Had no idea what to get so really appreciated the staffs expertise. Harvey helped me choose the best for me and it is working excellently, 5 stars

I went for a simple scan which should have taken just under 5 min, spent 1 hour there as the printer wasn't working properly. The staff member had no clue what it was, a couple of times yanked the flash drive out of the printer then my flash drive wasn't recognized, was not happy.

Manager Thomas lied about a price query after I had to exchange a product they wrongly sold. Lied about the price charged me £3.90 more. Disgusting customer service. Should not be employed. I?d like to speak to head office

Visited the Epsom store today (19/7/22), the hottest day of the year. About 40° today, and according to the staff member, the air conditioning has not worked in the shop for a year , it was unbearably hot in the store. Come on Rymans head office, sort it out for the sake of your staff. I'm sure you are happily sitting in air conditioned offices.
