I?ve been a member at Twist Gym in Epsom for many years now. I initially came looking for a personal trainer and was coached by the owner of the gym, James Forrest, and he guided me through a journey of weight loss that spanned 20kgs. That instilled a sense of self discipline and now I?m a member of the gym that attends regular group sessions in the mornings. Every trainer has a different style, so for me, I enjoy not knowing what I?m going to do until I turn up and therefore my training is varied. From spinning, to circuits, strength and conditioning to core, kettlebells classes, mobility/flexibility classes, yoga, pilates, take your pick, I couldn?t now go back to a normal gym and train myself and by myself. You?re guided through the content, your technique is corrected and most importantly you?re surrounded by like minded, friendly people who all prioritise their health. Everyday I am now blessed with a positive start and I cannot praise the place highly enough.20 years in business and still going strong!!!

The man who manages here is a criminal, a bad guy and a scammer who deceives people and winds up money. If you get involved with this person, you will have a bad feeling and get into financial trouble, so please stay away from him. I strongly recommend that you go to a place run by a honest gym owner. I was tricked by this guy many years ago and wound up for money.There is a possibility of fabricating that most of the reviews with five stars were posted with being self-staged.So, I would say, make sure to keep in mind that all reviews lack credibility.

Best gym honestlyI have been to other gyms before but the way all the trainers here help you with the workout plan is just amazing. Even if it?s a busy group class all the trainers make sure that your technique and form is correct. If you struggle to go to the gym thinking confused and not really knowing what to do like me then this is your gym to be at because these training sessions works for everyone no matter what level you are at, & you will be guided throughout your workout session for best results. ?% happy member?????

As a first timer to a gym, I felt a bit nervous going there for the first time. However I soon realised how supportive and friendly the instructors were there. They made me feel more confident in my physical abilities and comfortable in the new environment. I?m now regular to the gym and I enjoy our group sessions with the instructors which make out team workouts fun, motivating and effective.

Great trainers, great gym. I joined for a short period before breaking my shoulder. Just rejoined, amazing trainers, thanks Dave, James and Andy,probably helped speed up my mobility and recovery quicker than physio. Would highly recommend and very friendly gym. Here is to my new goals

I?ve been working out with James and the Twist team for 9 years now and cannot recommend them enough. The atmosphere is always friendly and they push everyone to their own limits with personalised training and goals. It makes early morning workouts all the better when doing it at Twist

I joined Twist Gym about 4 years ago. Pre Twist I don't think I lasted longer than 6 months at any gym. James trained me before, during and after my pregnancy. The knowledge that the trainers have at the gym is invaluable and the variety of the training sessions always leaves you feeling excited and actually looking forward to going! Every trainer has a different style and I feel makes a conscious effort to tailor their plans to suit your personal goals. Couldn?t recommend Twist enough for any age or fitness level.

Got to say I?m rather addicted to this place! Great trainers, fun/varied workouts and lovely people in the group sessions. It?s a great start to the day or to de-stress in the evenings. I hadn?t managed to stick at a gym for any length of time in years due to injuries and bad posture. I now feel strong and my core strength and good posture during workouts is helping me do things well for the rest of the day. The team have had so much patience with me. Keep up the good work guys!

Been a member of Twist Gym for over 2 years. The Gym is small, unique, friendly with a great vibe. I have trained with all levels and all ages and never alone which I love. The trainers work really hard and are always positive and upbeat. Definitely worth having a free trial.

I have been a member of a few gyms but non as good as Twist. A real gym, open door to EVERYONE and has one goal in mind YOU. ALL the members are so friendly , and the trainers are fantastic. Loads of variety from Hiit training to isometrics , yoga to spin and I really get value for money from my membership.

I would recommend this gym to anyone. You are getting a personal training experience for an absolutely brilliant price of £60 pm. Great staff and great members. As a member for 4 years I can honestly say my fitness levels have never been higher. 11/10

I've been a member since January. This gym caters for all. Cardio based classes in addition to what I would say, are more weight based PT sessions. Great, knowledgeable instructors who really help you with form. Definitely recommend to either experienced gym goers or people new to the gym.

Brilliant, local gym with a great concept, giving the option of a personal trainer each time you visit. The trainers are all very nice and can tailor your workout to your needs. Excellent value and varied, fun classes.
