Visited one week ago to request my blood pressure be taken. I was taken upstairs to a private room where the male pharmacist took my blood pressure giving me an inordinate amount of time. Most professional, knowledgeable and friendly. So receptive to listening to my concerns / symptoms and why I had made the request to be checked. He created a wonderful relaxed and welcoming environment despite no doubt being very busy. Exceptional service. How lucky we are to be able to attend this pharmacy and instantly speak to the pharmacist in this manner. Thank you so much. I arrived anxious re my health and left feeling so much better and with solid advice.

Can take weeks to put a prescription together.Argue and gossip in front of Customers.Usually do not answer the 'phone, or the line is busy.

Friendly, helpful, efficient and show initiative. Only marking down for their rather intermittent text notifications, usually have to phone to check prescription availability, but at least they answer the phone (unlike their main competitor here in Farnham) so it's a relatively minor inconvenience.

I have only been there a couple of times. My experience so far has been good. I wish they had a few parking spaces.

My wife ordered a private prescription cream along with some antibiotics - when the cream arrived she was told (only at this point) that it was £603 - when she told them she couldn?t pay that, the pharmacy withheld her other prescription medicines and forced her under protest to pay or she wouldn?t get her antibiotic prescription?I won?t go into the litany of consumer and pharmaceutical regulations this breached but suffice to say we will be picking up with the GPC amongst others?

They are so rude and unhelpful. Always being kept waiting on the phone and in the store. Regularly asked out loud if a certain drug is the right one - complete breach of privacy. Always just excuses when prescriptions or notifications are delayed - no acknowledgment or apologies. A little bit of warmth, friendliness and human touch would go a long way?

Every time I have had to use a local pharmacy they have been excellent. Contrary to some, I have had no problem with the 'phone, and I have had helpful information. The same applies in store.

On several occasions mistakes have been made, for example when my newborn baby?s prescription items were not in stock they forgot to try to reorder again so we were waiting much longer than needed (until I came back and chased them to order it). Not ok when dealing with a 6 week old baby?s medication.They very rarely answer the phone and one of the ladies on the desk is consistently rude and seems to get very flappy and overwhelmed at the simplest of questions.The wait time is also ludicrous, they ask you to come back in a few hours for a basic prescription. I?ve always been used to waiting 15 mins at other pharmacies but here they think it?s ok to send you away and come back again which is far from convenient.The pharmacist himself is actually brilliant, shame he doesn?t have better staff looking after the customers.

I would give this Pharmacy 5 stars. They are really professional yet friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to support their customers. I can't praise them enough.

I'm giving you guys five stars, not because your perfect but because you are one of the best. Sure we have to wait for prescriptions and sure, sometimes you are all busy checking stock in and making up prescriptions whilst we wait to be served but interrupting these jobs to serve can result in critical mistakes. As for answering the phone, most of the time you do answer it but again it's a balance. When I've had issues, mostly with mistakes by the surgery on one particular prescription, you guys have gone the extra mile to chase it down and get it corrected. Your staff are always polite and helpful when I've been in the pharmacy. So thank you for a great service.

Wish they would answer the phone. (they always used to) I am unwell and don t want to physically visit the Pharmacy, but want to check on a product so I can then send my neighbour out to purchase for me ! ............. Parking is a nightmare at the Bourne, so I don t want anyone to waste a trip.

Staff are incompetent & rude. Never have items in stock. I believe in supporting my local pharmacy but sadly won?t be anymore.
