“A very good place to stop for a break. Fuel prices are about average for the area. There's an M&S shop, Wild Bean Café, along with the usual petrol station produce. There are clean, modern, well maintained customer toilets. They have a decent car wash. Best of all is a healthy amount of free car and van parking, including an overflow car park to the rear where you can access a large grassed picnic area. This is certainly one of the better A road services.”

“There is an area behind this place with picnic tables.There are usually several types of sandwiches. It would be nice if there could be more chicken and avocado available. I really like the selection of cheeses. The members of staff are nice and friendly.”

“Everything seems to work just fine, staff are friendly and the beer in the fridge is ice cold, well priced too. Savoury snacks such as scotch eggs aren't stocked, probably my only gripe. Quite a useful place if you're running low on fuel not gonna lie.”

“I come here very often to use there various services fuel, Costa coffee, car wash, vacuum cleaner. Overall good service friendly staff apart from 1 young guy who wears a cap in the evening shift he is so rude. The car wash is good. But the vacuum cleaner is useless it’s just don’t have suction power.”

“Great customer service. Visited this garage on Friday to get some Petrol and oil for my car. One of your colleagues (apologies I didn’t catch his name) was a great help to me in finding the correct oil I needed and when their card readers went down he was very calm and was helpful to the customers until they went back online. Visit was between 18-18:30 on Friday, colleague was a gentleman with glasses.Would like to pass on my thanks to him :)”

“Newly refurbished site, with a Little Waitrose shop installed as part of the refurbishment, which carries a good selection of items. Fuel prices, when visiting on Wednesday 9 September 2020, were at reasonable rates.Amazon lockers are available on the forecourt. Handy for collection, or return, of Amazon purchases at a more convenient time of day. Great location for UCA students living in rented accommodation nearby.Do watch for the odd car speeding onto the site. Thankfully, no one was hurt when I witnessed a driver enter at a speed to park for shopping.This is not the garages fault, however, some traffic calming might be an idea due to the speed of the main road, and the sheer ease of entry into/onto the sites forecourt.Update 2020-09-15: The car wash is no longer available at this location. It was removed when heavy plant was installed for the refurbishment. At the side of the building (main entrance) two car charging points can be found. There is also a cash point on site. Contactless payments up to £45 can also be made at this garage.”
