“Didn't had a chance to get into the library as I need to be either a staff or a student to get full access to its facility during the exams period. Nevertheless, and until 6th of June, the library include an open area for visitors at its entrance, where you can access tables with power outlets and WiFi connection. To access the library and consult books outside exams period, you can register using an ID with photo and an email address for updates.The library is quiet tidy and well organised.”

“On the 1st of January I phoned up HSBC Guildford and booked an appointment, on Monday I came in and spoke to James, his service was absolutely phenomenal, he made everything easy and was very, very efficient, had an answer for every question some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Genuinely amazing, she went above and beyond to help out and the problem was sorted out that day.”

“Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I find it to be a great bank. Low business charges, coin machine open full days on the weekend which suits me great.I rarely have to queue, always in and out when depositing.When i originally set up my account they got me up and running there and then and even had a card for me before I walked out the door.I always find the staff here generally pleasant and quick although It has to be said that I have found the staff friendlier and chattier at some of the other metro bank branches. Still would recommend!”

“I went there without any booking appointment in advance. Surprisingly, a lady (I forgot her name but she is from Nepal )and a manager name Richard help me out to sort out all the problems, eg. my two girls saving account, report lost of her debit card, install the Barclay apps into their phone.I heard the manager told his staff (the Nepal lady), we need to try our best to help while they are here...there is no point for them to book an appointment and come again, as this can all be done right away.Thanks to these 2 amazing Barclays staffs.”

A meeting was immediately arranged by the front desk staff with a Senior Personal Banker, who went through my total banking needs and reorganised as required.
