“I had a battery replaced by Peregrine who gave me some good tips on how to take care of it to make it last longer. Previously I had not a great experience with Halfords (neighbouring branch) so I was hesitant to use the service again. I am glad I decided to try it again, Peregrine did such a great job (kept high spirit in pouring rain!) and, he was level with me rather than treating me like I have no clue about anything. I was encouraged to sign up for premium membership as well.Great service, recommend!”

“Store open and clean, staff busy but collected boots that I was looking for, went to pay on second floor and was sent downstairs by a polite gentleman. Cashier downstairs, once he noticed me, apologised and served me immediately. Will go there again.”
