I rarely write reviews but exceptional service deserves it. I was assisted in my purchase by Dora, who also colour matched me to the stick foundations. She was charming, helpful, had a lovely smile & was so welcoming & gracious, it makes me want to return, even just to say hello:).

Just popped into the Guildford store to "look." The staff were so friendly & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. It was really nice to talk to staff that were not pushy & actually took an interest in what I was looking for. I left after buying a few items, that were perfect! I will definitely be going back for more products.

Popped in for a new foundation and found a warm welcome and greeted nicely. Caroline offered help and advice without being pushy, totally friendly and genuine.
