Absolutely fab bakers. I've been calling in every time I pass for over 60 years!! Yes, since early childhood. Who can resist Christmas Bakery! They do lunch to go, bread and cakes. Over rated bakery & over priced for the quality .. some of the breads (multi seed) are excellent however sourdough for example is poor .. the cakes lack consistency eg Battenberg (sometimes cake dry with thin layer marzipan whilst other weeks well baked soft moist sponge and well coloured or their malt bread sometimes a... read full comment
