“Affordable off brand clothing store that covers everything you need at very good prices. Workers were efficient and kept the place tidy. Lines were long to check out but they surprisingly moved fast. They have a fitting room to try clothing out if you need. Store is very well marked and makes it easy to move about the store.If you’re from the USA, think of it as a combination of Ross, TJ Maxx, and Kohls. I’d definitely come back if I need decent affordable things for a 1-4 time use. Enjoy!”

“Although the prices are on the more expensive side, I have confidence in the product. A lovely member of staff named Charles served me. He was extremely knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour and was just lovely. I have been to this shop once before and had a very positive experience. Their shop in Winchester is just as excellent.The layout of the shop is pragamatic, clean and neat.I plan to return to the shop because I like the clothing and the levels of customer service are excellent.***We attended this place recently and once again, Charles was friendly, helpful and really knew about the clothing. “I had a battery replaced by Peregrine who gave me some good tips on how to take care of it to make it last longer. Previously I had not a great experience with Halfords (neighbouring branch) so I was hesitant to use the service again. I am glad I decided to try it again, Peregrine did such a great job (kept high spirit in pouring rain!) and, he was level with me rather than treating me like I have no clue about anything. I was encouraged to sign up for premium membership as well.Great service, recommend!”

“A lovely idiosyncratic hotel in the heart of the town, complete with creaking boards and slightly uneven floors. We had a large room plus bathroom tucked away from any noise. Pleasant service. The plumbing, however, does need some attention!”

The food section has good quality bakery items and fresh fruits. There is also a little home section next to the food area. Overall, a decent place to visit for good quality clothing and food section.”

I saw so many negative reviews on the customer service in this store and I just wanted to clear this up, working in retail is challenging and these people are volunteers for a charity, giving their time to help others. “Great store located on the Ladymead retail Park outside of Guildford town centre, easily accessible from the A3.The store is 2 floors with women's wear on the ground floor and men's on the 1st floor.It stocks a large selection of clothing and has a home furnishing section as well (also on the 1st floor)The staff are excellent, friendly and happy to help you.The products they sell are reasonably priced and good quality.Can be busy at weekends but it's worth a visit if you need some new clothes.”
