There are 2 major problems in this store: products on display are often not in stock, and there is always a 15-20 min wait at tills (I?ve been in 4 times and it?s always the same). Staff available, but never at tills. Those who do eventually turn up look gormless and can?t answer basic questions leading to more delays. Today I saw 2 people abandon their purchases because tills were so slow. They badly need some training in this store.

Very poor customer service. Waited for a member of staff to notice that I was waiting but gave up in the end and left the store.Two employees more interested in unpacking goods than serving.

Nothing in stock, can't sell what is on display, easyer to buy online but you won't be able to pay cash if ypu want.

Went in yesterday for a couple of things. Igor was great, he listened to us, worked out what would work best for our needs and we came away with exactly the things we needed including the perfect headphones for the gym. He was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice store with lots of products to trial and some clear guidance of point 're the products. Great area to test the vacuums and will be return after the festive break to purchase some goodies.

Terrible customer service. Waited for 10mins in line watching the blundering staff look for customer orders and provide no apologies for the time waiting. Took a headphone label to the desk only to be told they don't stock it and the only reason they are there are in case you want to order the product. I remember now why I don't shop in the store, step it up Curry's!

Had to buy a replacement tv for one previously bought from currys online and got damaged and parts lost during transit, eventually found a staff member who started the same when the manager walked past and asked if everything was OK, the manager gave us discount on some plugs and gave us a screen cleaner kit for free, staff member also carried the tv to the car

30 mins to process two customer returns and then got told mine couldn?t be returned in store even though online that is exactly what it says to do for the order. Employees and managers don?t know their own policies and the entire store is inefficient and disorganized.

Went to the Guildford Store to collect an online order. It is not busy, but the staff make it seem like it is. Waited for 40 mins for them to not find my order, with no apology. The guy only gave me 2 updates in that 40 mins, after 25 mins walked off without talking to me and I never saw him again. I was really polite and just wanted my order, but I'm not surprised they lost it with the lack of organisation there. I've now wasted 60 mins total, and had to pay £7 delivery to reorder for delivery as I don't trust the store.

Bought from multiple Curry?s stores in the past but always seem to have issues with Guildford branch. Waited 45 minutes to see someone about the mobile deal I have with them coming to end and no one bothered to serve me after asking to members of staff. Both advised that a colleague will be with me shortly. No chance I will be using them again. Strongly advise using them and better off going direct with EE, O2 etc.

I went to buy a game on the store. It was available online. On the till queue there were 6 people in front of me and was served after 25 min. They told me that the game is not available and the seller told me to go to another brand store to get it. I said that it was available online. On their computer it was showing available, another seller came and asked the one who was serving me to call someone and he responded he didn?t have his phone! Then he ran somewhere to find it and came back - I finally bought it..poor service

I just went in Currys to have a look at cameras as I am not sure of what model and type I am looking for, and the display was empty; only one camera without a lens was left, and it seemed not attractive at all. ? I bought almost all my house appliances from there but didn't expect that disappointment with cameras.
