“We recently shopped in TK Maxx Guildford. I felt I had to write something about Virginia who was so helpful to me and my sister-in-law, both in answering several queries about an item of stock and in helping us with the Treasure card. She really went above and beyond.”

“Big department store with plenty of designer brands available at good prices. It's a shame that the store will be closing down, I have been visiting this store since 1997, I will miss it.”

“Great place for clothing men women kids and school uniform n shoes. I like their fragrance and skin care section. I sometimes only visit the food section downstairs. The food section has good quality bakery items and fresh fruits. There is also a little home section next to the food area. Overall, a decent place to visit for good quality clothing and food section.”

“This is surely the best selection and the longest opening hours, 07.30 to 20.30 weekdays, slight variations Saturday and Sunday. Disappointing range which is food based, very limited choice of stationery and toiletries.”

“I'm still going through the procedure but the staff are spectacular, Gina is so kind and friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable. I was going in for medical reasons but I ended up feeling so much more confident and noticed effects a few weeks after my first round of laser. 100% worth the money and excited for the finished 'product'. I apologise if I spelt her name wrong but Sam and Gina are wonderful!!”

“Great store located on the Ladymead retail Park outside of Guildford town centre, easily accessible from the A3.The store is 2 floors with women's wear on the ground floor and men's on the 1st floor.It stocks a large selection of clothing and has a home furnishing section as well (also on the 1st floor)The staff are excellent, friendly and happy to help you.The products they sell are reasonably priced and good quality.Can be busy at weekends but it's worth a visit if you need some new clothes.”

“Went there last week with my phone on 16% because the charge port had broken, the lady at the counter was very helpful, came out to help me find the wireless charger on the system and even put my nectar card on too, quick efficient service which results in a happy customer, maybe you should let her train your other staff.”

“Amazing styles in here wow! What a find. Very retro! Like walking back into the 90s with a modern twist. Loved it. Definitely will go back. However quite pricey basic tee standard price is 35 and up...so make sure you have money saved as your want to purchase more than one item for sure or grab a bargain at there sales. Great recommendation for teenagers!”

“Amazing experience today. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time.I had run out of all my makeup. I was a bit lost in what to try going forward, as I wanted to switch things up.A very lovely staff member (which I’m sad I didn’t get the name of) spent a good chunk of time helping me try and work out which products to go for. A small description of them, as I feel they deserve some credit for their service, is they were male, dark, short hair, small amount of stubble. Great eyebrows! Very kind and they were part of the makeup team I believe.I am grateful for their time and a happy girl with my new products.As a store it is very clean, easy to get around and has lots of variety.A pleasant experience overall.”
