Want to link your new account to the newly purchased pay as you go sim? Get ready to most complex and non-intuitive process of going to EE, taking photos with their representatives and then waiting forever on call so they can approve that representatives REALLY tried to link your account. Just crazy.

On our 4th visit today finally managed to get seen and had our problem fixed with a new SIM card. Awful service, long waits and belligerent staff who don't give a damn.

Completely missold Broadband package, that if I?d gone ahead, would have cost me more than double the price I will actually pay. (Corrected by calling and speaking to someone at EE). All about the sale, zero customer service, especially Jasmine, who didn?t have a clue what she was talking about.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at the EE store in Guildford. I visited this store three times, and each time was a letdown.During my first visit on October 11th, I was served by a lady who appeared to be inexperienced and kept needing assistance from the absent manager. The process took over two hours, and I was promised a 24-hour home delivery that never happened.My second visit was to inquire about the delayed delivery, and I was informed it could take up to five working days, which left me confused.Today, I went back to the store for the third time, and my order had not even been processed correctly. The staff attempted to upgrade my mother's account, despite me providing my details and order number. Only after intervention from the manager, the order was found, but I was told there was no stock, and I'd receive it "soon."This series of mishaps, combined with misleading promises and a lack of competence, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I expected better from EE, and these visits have been a huge waste of my time.

Founder was very rude while I was waiting for my friend to get a new contract and a new phone. While waiting I heard the founder mutter under her breath "disrespectful teenagers" when I was just sitting waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EE.

Great service today, albeit after a long wait. Rachel was delightful and went above and beyond to help me. Manager outsmarted us on getting the SIM in...Off to see if I dream about the Samsung watch ??

The manager of the store took time to take us through our options with our 4 sims ending on BT. Very knowledgable, listened to our requirements and made intelligent suggestions. Would recommend.

I don?t know what EE is like to deal with in general, but I have had to go into this store three or four times now, each time with different employees and each time a new frustration!First time I tried to buy a phone on a new contract, the guy said it was the last iPhone in stock, then said ?oh no I can?t sell this, the serial numbers don?t match? so I had to leave after spending about 30-40 minutes going through the credit check, etc. with no phone - total waste of time.The next time I called EE, they said I failed the credit check for a new contract - very strange after I passed the credit check the first time?The next time I went in, I was told lies by two of the staff - they said I couldn?t keep my old number if I was buying a PAYG SIM so we tried to do the SIM only contract, for which I failed the credit check again. That lady then tried to get me to sign up to BT broadband but told me I?d have to come back the next day because the manager basically didn?t want to stay late as it was nearly closing time - again, another 30 minutes and no closer to getting a phone or SIM. I don?t think these people realise that people have lives and stuff to do (?!)Today I have gone in and the credit check went to ?referral? - staff told me to wait 30 minutes, which I did. Still no result. I ended up having to buy a PAYG SIM. SO much back and forth, hours and money wasted! Honestly if the signal wasn?t so horrendous in this town on all other networks, I would not be using EE after this horrendous experience.
