“I'm a lifelong fan of Richer Sounds so when our TV broke down, it was obviously going to be them that got the business for the replacement. Spoke to them twice on the phone, then met their manager and an assistant in-store for the payment & collection (£100 off for in-store purchase, nice!). Perfect in every respect and I've nothing else to say other than thanks!”

“Not a bad store, it sticks a wide range of products and has more than just music and film media available.The staff were very friendly but not at all pushy, I took my 13yr old in there and we were in there for about an hour browsing and they were happy to leave us to look around.May not be the cheapest place to buy from but the store is relaxed and fairly large and sometimes good old fashioned shopping is just better than going on-line even if you do have to spend a bit more to get what you want.Sometimes having the tactile options when shopping is so much better.Would recommend this store.”

“I think iStore is a great example of how Tech retailers should treat their customers. Giant organisations like Apple/Microsoft/Google etc. are sometimes the hardest to deal with and iStore have proven yet again that being a 100% Bricks & Mortar presence makes all the difference. They have refunded me the cost of a battery that Apple say is under Warranty - yet have not enabled iStore to process. Well done iStore ?”

“I've visited hundreds of bookstores, and this has to be one of the best. The selection changes week by week, and having sci-fi right by the door makes it easy for me to get to my favourite section!Very nice collection of cheap older books on the upper level of the store, which occasionally has a few gems.”

“I had a battery replaced by Peregrine who gave me some good tips on how to take care of it to make it last longer. Previously I had not a great experience with Halfords (neighbouring branch) so I was hesitant to use the service again. I am glad I decided to try it again, Peregrine did such a great job (kept high spirit in pouring rain!) and, he was level with me rather than treating me like I have no clue about anything. I was encouraged to sign up for premium membership as well.Great service, recommend!”

“Amazing experience today. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time.I had run out of all my makeup. I was a bit lost in what to try going forward, as I wanted to switch things up.A very lovely staff member (which I’m sad I didn’t get the name of) spent a good chunk of time helping me try and work out which products to go for. A small description of them, as I feel they deserve some credit for their service, is they were male, dark, short hair, small amount of stubble. Great eyebrows! Very kind and they were part of the makeup team I believe.I am grateful for their time and a happy girl with my new products.As a store it is very clean, easy to get around and has lots of variety.A pleasant experience overall.”
