“I really love headmasters and the staff. It’s always my first hairdressers I choose. I’ve been to others in Guildford and the staff have talked about my hair like I’m not there, deciding and commenting on what they’re going to do. Headmasters customer service has always been lovely, made you feel like your hair idea is good and maybe if it’s not quite the right style they gently show you alternatives and explain why that one may be better instead of saying no and pushing it all down straight away.I don’t know if headmasters train good customer service or they naturally attract employees with it installed but as a face to face customer intense job they always make you feel like a valued customer.”
