I?m Swedish and have an amazing branch in Sweden that has helped me through any troubles I would ever have. Now living in the uk and contacting this branch. They were just straight up rude and not helpful at all.

Never ever deal with this bank, they loaned our company funds to purchase a property and once planning permission was granted failed to lend even a pound for the development of the property. The Manager was arrogant and certainly incapable of taking criticism. Plenty of alternative banks available.
