Good spread of collectibles, merch, music, DVDs, Blu-Rays and vinyls. Shame that the gaming section has virtually disappeared though. Would like to see more tech in there too.

It's ok, just needs the staff to be cheerful and friendly, maybe it's a southern england thing. So different elsewhere in the UK especially Northern Ireland where everyone is so friendly.
