“3 Nights Stay in Guildford This was a fantastic hotel to stay at, Very modern, Friendly staff and food! I had 2 rooms booked for me and my colleagues, My room was fantastic with a double bed and very comfortable. The sofa however was not clean, there were hairs on it and appears to have scuff marks - really let down the image of the room. There was also a fridge in the room but after using it for few nights noticed this did not work .... or wasn't using it correctly (if that is even a thing). The second room had 2 x single beds, again the disappointment was the chair with clear visible marks. Holiday Inn should simply replace these if they wish to keep a good image of the brand. The breakfast team & food was absolutely fantastic, very friendly staff, fresh food, quick to assist if needed and a large selection of breakfast items. There was also a cool pancake machine which got a lot of kids excited! There is a Tesco extra located very close by and ideal to stock up on snacks and food. The town centre is not too far from the hotel either and was nice to check out the local businesses too! I have seen multiple comments complaining about the parking - Absolute rubbish. The staff are great and there are ipads clearly visible on check in / reception desk asking to input the car registrations to avoid parking fines. Unfortunately on this occasion I was short on time but next time when in / around Guildford area will look at the Spa Options as there was a lounge within the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return again soon. I would give this a overall score of 10/10”

“What you see is what you get with Premier Inn. Clean room, decent food, easy car parking, good night's sleep. Very easy to find if coming from London direction but awkward exit (not Premier Inn fault) means you have to turn left when you exit car park and do a U-turn to get back to main road. My room was on the A3 side but good windows meant I didn't hear a thing. Good air-con as well.”

“A wonderful relaxing stay, as always is at Travel Lodge. The room and all the facilities were wonderful and comfortable and so close to town and just to walk about, everything on your doorstep. I was quiet happy just to stay on, but sadly had to leave. Thank you so much.”
