Staff were very polite and helpful. When they didn't have stock of one of the items I wanted to try they took the last one off the manikin. Also they had a great pre Christmas sale so got a coat for £150 instead of £200 and was much better quality to similar coats for the same cost I had tried on in Tkmaxx and some other stores

Staff really good one of the girls once helped me up the stairs to the men's stuff when on crutches! Bit cramped for the attempt but it's the thought that counts.
