We went on the 7th October 2023. To get some trainers for myself that my son was buying for me for my birthday a Nike pair and the rude girl Behind the till was so rude. She said we don?t take students discount card on Nike trainers. If I found out different look out. I will think twice about going back in that shop

Its a great location but the experience is just off, crazy bright lights, moody music, and staff that can just about look up to see you. You feel your having to ask a massive favour to try on clothes. Huge store with two small changing rooms, so always a queue. Doesnt make any sense...surely with online shopping the trying on is the money maker but no.... Also the whole walkie talkie thing, you MUST have earpieces, its just not great heaving that radio all the time...

Worst place ever to buy shoes. Went to buy a size 6 air force. They gave me 5.5, i said i will order with express delivery, then their employees forgot to add express delivery. They were blaming the kiosk system. I said ok it's a mistake, cancel the order, they said order cancellation is not possible. In the meantime, someone found the exact size 6 which wasn't given to me at first, maybe they thought i was there for time pass. Two employees and the manager made me frustrated. Now i don't have the shoes and my money is stuck, no cancellation, no refund, no solution by the manager or even higher ups.

I felt really awkward trying shoes on in this store while I was trying them on he just stood and watched me with no smile he could of at least gave me a little bit of space I was going to try on more but felt so anxious I couldn?t wait to get out

Terrible experience, the guys working there couldn?t even smile, had to ask for help myself, rudest guy wearing a hat with a beard, ended up spending the money because I really wanted the shoes. Otherwise I would?ve never bought anything.

Good selection of shoes but possibly the worst staff I've ever experienced. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. Awful, frustrating experience. You'd think that these High Street retailers would realise that their days are numbered and focus on the one area that they can differentiate themselves from online shopping.

We ordered some garments online and were told same day delivery. We got the confirmation the next day 30 mins before the shop closed. Collected a week later and lots of security to I'd yourself. All in all ashame because I think this company is good at having up to date stuff. Will think twice before ordering online in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible staff, rude, the attitude towards customers is is disgusting. I don't know why you employ people like this in retail. You should put mote attention to train them how customers service should look like. Arrogant staff. If anyone want to experience worst customer service should go to that store.

The staff seem as if you?re bothering them by asking for a pair of trainers. They were dismissive and act as if you?re bothering them for asking for something - mumbling and rolling their eyes. Not a pleasant experience - they need to retrain. Both senior staff were the rudest out of the lot.

The experience didn?t start off great. TBH. Then by some miracle I managed to connect with Hana. She solved not only my frustration but the actual issue. Thank you Hana. I hope the company realizes what they have in you. Thanks again.
