“Never been/bought Jo Malone products. As my birthday is Thursday my friend recommended Jo Malone. My husband was buying the present for me. But I needed to choose.Jackie at Guildford branch helped me. She was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I knew what I didn't like but not what I wanted She was very patient and hauled out lots of lovely smelling products . I settled on one . It was packaged with a sample of my next purchase.
