I think iStore is a great example of how Tech retailers should treat their customers. Giant organisations like Apple/Microsoft/Google etc. are sometimes the hardest to deal with and iStore have proven yet again that being a 100% Bricks & Mortar presence makes all the difference. They have refunded me the cost of a battery that Apple say is under Warranty - yet have not enabled iStore to process. Well done iStore ?

Truly excellent technical skills and customer service. Everything I asked about got sorted by one of the team. So helpful and so patient. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be back to buy my next Mac.

Went there twice for an iPhone repair - first time (no appointment) iPhone was looked at, display change was confirmed but could leave the phone without appointment. Second visit 24 h later, with appointment, I was told the screen couldn?t be replaced and I had to pay more than 300£ for a replacement phone.Beginners in the store, no idea what they are talking about... had to go there twice to be told I didn?t get what I asked for in the first place. Waste of time ... don?t go there!

I telephoned ahead of time advising that I would be there earlier than my appointment as I'd be dropping off my phone which advisor said would be OK. However, when I arrived they said that I had to wait and made it difficult as said that phone had to be signed over to a technician. After i told them the issue with the smashed screen and not charging they said that likely new iphone would be needed but to confirm they would need further testing and there was a £25 cost and I'd get an official letter from them to confirm issues! Not the greatest customer experience to be honest!

On just needing a charger for my Mac book for the afternoon - rather than spend £110 on a new charger, they kindly leant me one which I brought back the next day. Nice to be treated like a human rather than a cash machine. I'd go back on this basis!

We were very pleased to enjoy the very professional experience we had with the company Solutions, Guildford. We were looked after from the outset by a very helpful young man, Tom Moulard, who was more than helpful with discussing our needs and fulfilled all our queries. We would definitely recommend buying a new computer or any other accessories required from this company.

Beware idle staff who insist you make an appointment to go back to book your mobile in to be sent off for repair!My wife took her mobile in on Saturday for repair. The shop had 4 staff and no customers. They looked at the broken screen and said they could not fix it there and then and she would need to make an appointment. I attended the appointment only to be told the phone would be sent away for repair! The impression I left with was this was not the first time it had happened.

I needed fans replaced on my laptop due to damage, however I used the laptop every day for work. The team were incredibly understanding and had parts ordered the evening I took it in. Parts were then fitted the day of delivery and I picked the laptop up that evening. Thanks especially to Chaz for the work!

Good service. Friendly staff. Only problem was that I had to make two appointments. The first one made by AppleCare for Sunday afternoon came to nothing because the right battery was not available. It seems to me that AppleCare and Solutions should communicate better
