Went to specsavers Guildford and great experience from all staff . Poppy the optician was great and very thorough with good advice. Will do as she advised and will return for new specs if required .Thank you all.

I?ve had Problems with my eyesight for a while and came in to see you at Specsavers Guildford. I found the staff extremely helpful especially Jack. The Customer service was perfect and I?m extremely happy I can see again. I would recommend Specsavers to anyone so thank you

Went to a child?s eye test appointment this evening at 18:10pm- booked and confirmation email sent- turned up to the store to be told they knew nothing about it and turned away. Disappointed. Staff very unaccomodating. I?ll go to vision express next time, much more professional service. Despite turning up 40 minutes early, and the store having no customers, they couldn?t even accommodate my child. Baffling! Avoid.

I had a thorough and accurate examination with Alison Watson. She?s one of the most knowledgeable and helpful eye professionals I?ve ever met. Also, online appointment booking was very easy and straightforward.

Amazing customer service. I felt so taken care of and listened to. Dr. Dhaliwal did my exam, she was incredibly gentle and talked me through everything. I've been needing glasses my entire life and this is the first time a doctor has taken care to explain what they're doing and taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly. The sales team is wonderful, you can tell everyone really enjoys their jobs because they're always smiling and chatting friendly with one another. I had the pleasure of working with Krystell, she was very helpful and she gave me great advice on what features to choose for my lenses. Highly recommend coming here for your next exam or purchase!

Really was a 5 star experience. Been at various different opticians over the years of wearing glasses (Boots, Specsavers, private opticians) but the service I received today was second to none. Decided not to go with Specsavers glasses and instead on a friend?s recommendation try Vision Express. Anya in the Guildford branch is a credit to the store - she was so, so patient and understanding helping me try on different glasses to find a different style, encouraged me to take the time to phone my other half to get someone else?s thoughts and take photos too of the ones I like. Such a kind, thoughtful and lovely member of staff - I will 100% be returning to Vision Express in future for my eye tests and glasses thanks to Anya?s service. Thank you!

Surprisingly disappointing experience with the recent lens check app - anyone else noticed customer service getting swiftly worse in the Guildford store?Anyone visiting the store any time soon for a lens check, please verify the advice given by couple of professionals in the store, especially if seen by the lens practitioner Sagal. Also, always ask for a record card as they have the tendency to forget to issue that.In my case, I was told by Sagal that my prescription hasn't changed, I wasn't given the record card and ended up trusting the practitioner and ordering my new batch of lenses only to realise afterwards that as a matter of fact it was changed. Unfortunately new lenses didn't fit fell and after numerous visits to try and get my original lenses, I was yet again told misleading information by the same practitioner that it will be possible to change my new lenses to the old ones free of charge since their earlier mix up. Few days later I receive couple of voice mails saying that it's not possible to exchange the lenses since I am not on the direct debit and Sagal was aware of that. I shared my confusion over the phone about the miscommunication and being in this situation due to their original mistakes, only to be ignored (Specsavers feedback form also doesn't seem to generate any responses).Hopefully this will help others to be a bit more vigilant during their future visits and triple-check everything that their practitioner is telling them, or perhaps it's finally time to change to another service provider?

Very dissapointed in the service. The staff was very slow and I've tried to ask for a tray for the frames that I was considering and the staff just dismissed me and said they will help in a minute and then just ignored me.

Great service - Ahmed in particular was FANTATSIC- he helped me pick out the perfect glasses, usually I struggle to find a pair that suits me but he found at least 20 different styles that worked perfectly!
