Avoid this place , unprofessional stuff, very rude , gave me vacation in my nerve , have never experienced so much pain in my life it was excruciating! Who employs those nurses , they should never be allowed to touch anybody! DISGRACEFUL!!!

I used to come here when it was a travel clinic which means you get all sorts of injections, e.g. against rabies... Then the travel clinic was closed and the nearest was in Reading. I find the whole area oppressive and absolutely dislike the hill that you have to climb to get to the shops.

The store is okay most things you need however staff are unapproachable and unhelpful. They just stand around not offering to serve you as they want to push you through the self service.

I have just left your store in absolute shock due to the most horrendous patient care I have experienced in my life from your in store nurse Marie.Marie couldn?t have been more condescending and abrasive towards me. I attended for a medical procedure which is never the most comfortable thing anyway and from the moment I walked in she seemed to despise my presence. She refused to allow me to put my things on her table which forced me to put them on the floor as there wasn?t a table or hook for my jacket. She then started to ask me questions and if I didn?t know the answer she would question if what I was telling her even happened, she continued to tell me that what I was saying didn?t really add up because of one reason or another and refused to believe what I told her.She then started typing her notes, so I reached for my phone in an attempt to try find some of the answers to her questions. She then told me to not go on my phone, to which I politely asked her why and she told me that it was rude (bearing in mind she was typing notes and not talking or looking directly at me at the time) I explained to her that all I was trying to do was find some of the answers to her questions. She then continued to type her notes - this was all after the procedure and I felt very nervous and dizzy because of the procedure and from her behaviour towards me. I had to take a 40 minute drive home after this so felt it best to wait in the car until I felt better which put a delay on my day.I cannot believe a nurse, who is supposed to care and look after people can treat her patients with such disdain and lack of empathy, compassion & understanding. She needs to reassess this - treating people as if they are stupid or lying because they don?t have the answers to her questions is discouraging and will make them lose trust in healthcare professionals.

WHY has Superdrug installed ALL self service tills? I will be shopping in Boots in future, I hate those self service tills. Wrong move Superdrug, we don't like them

Please bring back staffed tills. Paying cash and collecting points is now a pain.

I visited the Guildford Superdrug store after I had numerous issues with my loyalty card and the online registration process. I had spoken to Customer Service (AS Watson) at least three times prior, and I had visited 2 other Superdrug stores for this digital issue. All had not resolved the issue. Eventually, Superdrug IT recommended that I deactivate two loyalty cards and start a fresh account (with a new, third card). Fortunately, I was greeted by Suleily at the Guildford store, who did not simply let me leave with a new Superdrug card. Had I followed IT's instructions, I would have had the same registration issue. Suleily volunteered to lead, checked, and discovered a third card that was already linked to my account. It was not possible to link this card to an online account. However, she kindly transferred the points onto a new (fourth) card, deactivated the third card, and registered me onto the online platform successfully. She was polite throughout the 30-minute interaction; she asked for help from her manager (when necessary); she used alternative resources when my phone had poor service; and she was solution-focussed. She succeeded where countless others had failed. She never made me feel like a burden. Indeed, she was always keen to help, was apologetic for my experience, and she tried different strategies. She is a credit to Superdrug, and I would not be surprised if she is promoted very soon. If they do not promote her, then another company will. Thank you.

26.October.2022 3PM Very bad service at the farmacy counter, long waiting time, they even didn't bother to serve customers. The manager was on site but with the same attitude. She saw the customers waiting but ignored the situation. One farmacist shouted from the back to the customer without paying respect and come to the counter. This is unbelievable. Avoid with all costs until they will improve the customer service. Sad to see all of this.

First visit in many years for me, last I knew it was in North Street, but they had what I needed and it was cheaper than other places, not that busy but had a fair range of products so it's worth having a look around.
