Very bad service from Superdry, 2 jackets i returned and 2 weeks gone pass and still haven't received my refunds. Customer service is not very good as no one replies to emails. NEVER AGAIN

Very nice store with lots of lights to light up the experience. The shop staff are very friendly and help you find anything you need in the store. The checkout is located in the mid-centre of the store and is easy to access to buy things.

Popped in today (19th January) to return an online purchase, and was helped by the most polite and well mannered sales assistant I've ever met. Very genuine, and eager to catch another sale by recommending an in store alternative. No further purchase made today, simply down to the range on show.
