Genuinely the worst pharmacy, staff are disrespectful and unorganised, I?ve tried to ring them 15+ times in the past 24 hours and get declined everytime my GP surgery even tried and had no luck, they never order in my prescription even with multiple weeks notice. Would never recommend.

FRIENDLY STAFF BUT NEED TO UPDATE THEIR WORKING HOURS ON THE WEBSITE. THEY SAY PHARMACY OPEN BETWEEN 9am - 6pm BUT DON'T SAY THEY ARE CLOSED BETWEEN 1-2pm

My expectations were low, but they somehow have gone above and beyond to make their service rubbish.On my second time collecting a prescription (ordered via NHS app), I was told by my GP that it was ready, but Tesco's apparently "had a waiting list" and couldn't serve me on the day, despite giving it the week for the order to get through.Furthermore, the staff was extremely disrespectful and basically told me to read a sign they put up as if wasn't aware of the situation or the fact that I still followed their instruction.For the amount of hastle, you are much better off travelling further for a better service in a place like Boots than this joke of a pharmacy.

most miserable cow ever said the text i got didnt count and my urgent prescription isn?t ready. asked for a general time frame and got a snarky response ?we have 1000s?. always awful staff here and slow service but this was attrocious. even if it?s your closest pharmacy don?t use them just not worth it

I've been to this pharmacy three times now and each time I've had to go out of my way to find a pharmacy assistant and each time I've failed to get what I need anyway. My expectations were low but apparently Tesco can still manage to fall short

Absolute joke of a pharmacy.Staff are rude and look could be best described as grubby.My last interaction with them was when they had an e-persciption for 2 weeks with no text message to tell me it was ready. Having run out of that drug in the morning I figured there has been a glitch and it had not sent the sms... Nope! Went up there and my persciption still wasn't done! Was told there was a "backlog" caused through "lack of staff" and then I had to hang around the store for an hour (after been told 25 minutes) like a bad smell.No applogies, no real explanations. Nothing.But here's the funny thing. People ahead of me who had paper prescriptions where getting them filled almost instantly. So after being pushed *by tesco* for the e-prescription service I was treated as a second rate citizen after being pushed to use the service.So TLDR time... Run. Do not pass go. Do not collect £200. Take an extra 5 minutes out of your day to use a pharmacy with that gives a flying ef. I would recommend Woodbridge Pharmacy on aldershot Road really is night and day.

Unless you follow up with them, they do not order items that aren?t stocked! They always say there is a backlog, so this time I left it 2 weeks, but it was still the same outcome, they faf about looking into it before coming back to say ?we have to order it?. This is the last time I?ll be using them ?

My daughter developed a swollen eye. Telephone consultation with GP resulted in Antibiotics being prescribed. As it was after 17:00 and I couldn't sure we'd make it to Woodbridge pharmacy before closing I said to send the prescription to Tesco. Big mistake.My husband went to the counter and asked if a prescription had come in for *daughter's name*. The woman rudely asked if the doctor had told us it had come in. He called me on the phone to confirm, and I confirmed the GP had sent it electronically during our consultation 30 minutes earlier.My husband returned to the counter and confirmed that it has been sent electronically. After some harrumphing it was finally found. Then the lady at the counter made a fuss about having to reconstitute the powder. Annoyed my husband just agreed we would do it at home.Finally he asked if they sold sterile gauze and saline to clean the eye and was told that we didn't need to clean it!?!? And should just use eye drops! Most NHS online guidelines seem to suggest cleaning with sterile saline or cooled boiled water and gauze or cotton wool. As she hadn't even seen the eye and was not the registered pharmacist I'm not sure she could give this advice.Thankfully we could get these items else where. All in all, very rude and reminded me why I much prefer to use the local independent pharmacies.

Woman over the counter is the most miserable human being you can ever Imagine! Absolutely horrendous. Needs to be sacked! Every prescription given to her is like an inconvenience! Tell you what, why don't you go home and never come back! If you don't like your job, go find another one. People are ill as it is, don't need attitude from you too!!

The Pharmacist showed so much empathy for a customer that she actually wept with her, called her surgery to press for her medication and made sure the customer had her desperately needed medicines today.

Unfortunately, I avoid this pharmacy at all cost unless it works out convenient or necessary to visit for the extended opening hours or shopping while I wait. The staff here have always made me feel like the simple process of putting my prescriptions in is an inconvenience to them, but recently myself/family have had several incidents with a particular female staff member (pharmacy assistant) who has just been exceptionally rude, unhelpful and patronising; she evidently lacks any job satisfaction which is fair enough, but not something that should be taken out on customers who need only basic care and compassion while unwell enough to be seeking assistance or medications.

This pharmacy will win the award of the rudest and the most worst pharmacy of the year. Took a private prescription in today which was written nice and legible by a consultant. The male staff came up to me to ask ?what is this? (D.O.B)? and I told him date of birth and asked me to write the whole name and address down again which wasn?t a problem. He then asked me to come back in 20 minutes for 2 items. I came back a bit earlier and said I can wait here but very rudely told me we TOLD you 25 minutes waiting. The rude pharmacist (kemi) came up to me who can?t read the simple prescription for dihydrocodeine 30mg qds if in pain 60 tablet and told me she can not do that without even trying to call the doctor to confirm the dose if unsure. Although the dose and quantity was stated on my prescription but its not a legal requirement of the prescription. She?d better go back and read her MEP again.

The lady that was on the counter was rude. She was not a pharmacist. She gave me the silent treatment and wasn?t seem very happy with her job. And that was not the first time she was like that. She should be told off. Not a very good service.
