Good shop, new, well lit, spacious. Like all Waitrose stores full of all sorts of lovely food. Bakery, fish counter, butchers counter and a nice deli section.It's matured a bit and is still a good store. There have been a few changes, there's a sushi counter now too. 1 hour and a half free parking for Waitrose customers, pay up front and get a refund at the checkout.

Alex, Josh and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my girlfriend and I left the store with a smile on our faces. They overheard that it was her birthday and presented her with a lovely gift at the door.The staff are a real credit to the Waitrose brand.We look forward to our next visit.

Never going back there, got a fine for parking for 15 minutes, haven?t seen any signs for pay and display, I understand there might have been some somewhere, clearly not enough for a casual shopper and since in other Waitrose supermarkets never had trouble with parking it gave me a false sence of security. I find it very unfair that I spent my money shopping there, and got a fine on top of it. Awful experience.

Nice shop, clean, good range for its size. Shame that the fish and cheese counters are no longer there at the back of the store. Dorking Waitrose is far better.

Can I just give huge praise to Mary Ann and Wyn ( I hope I?ve spelt that correctly) in the Guildford store. They went above and beyond to help me out this morning. I know John Lewis and Waitrose Customerservice is good but these ladies were absolutely outstanding. Thank you very much X

Really lovely and helpful staff who helped me out on 15th June when I was having a crisis after losing my phone! Thankfully it was found. Very grateful to the lovely gentleman at customer services who let me use their telephone to phone home. Thank you so much! :)

Good in town supermarket. Sadly their reputation is marred by a catastrophically unreliable car parking payment system. Most times one or more ticket machines don?t work, forcing customers to walk to and then queuing for ages at the restricted number of machines that do work. Searching around car parks for ticket machines that work is not an enjoyable shopping experience.
