The menu states the potatoes , chips, and the Courgetti Fritti are vegan (plant based), but they are fried in the same cooker as the calamari and meat!!!!! which basically make it NOT vegan. Such a shame they are cheap on a fryer, as it makes the whole place not vegan friendly ? If not for the nice waiter, we would of ordered it, but luckily he told us beforehand!

Lunch menu deal could have been clearer as it read like you could add starter, side and dessert for 3gbp extra.Apart fromm that food and service was excellent.

We ordered from this restaurant several times. It used to be good, but recently they've been making their meals without care and the pizzas you can get from them are an absolute mess. They don't even bother to stretch the base properly, to cook with enough ingredients and the distribution of the toppings is done without paying any attention. Not to mention the wrong extra topping; apparently they cannot distinguish between two different types of chillies that they are offering. And they don't even fully acknowledge their mistake. Train your staff, Zizzi!

The restaurant was clean and tidy, as was the approach up the stairs to eating area.The staff were very helpful, not pushy and wanting to assist. I had a voucher that was unusual, but the person serving me had no qualms in researching it for me as it enabled me for a benefit as a member of the Zillionaires club.The food was delicious and well-presented. I had the Poleni pizza, which was lovely. The fudge cake certainly had the feeling of putting on the pounds as I savoured itI ate on my own, but I did not feel that I was an inconvenience. The staff were really good regardless of where you were a solo customer, a couple, or part of a group.There is a barcode on each table if you would like to order or pay your bill in that manner.I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Would have given a 5 for food as it was delicious, but one of the mains, vege ravioli was about 6 mouthfuls and gone for £16! Everything else, great!

Had dinner here prior to a show. Service was excellent but I was a little disappointed with my pizza. The pizza itself was ok but as I'd asked for mushrooms and extra cheese I felt the paid for additional toppings were not worth the extra expense. Come on Zizzi - don't be so stingy. Not even sure if I got a whole single mushroom.

Visited Zizzi in Guildford enroute home. Very disappointed. We usually visit Chichester branch and always have a great meal there however, the portions were significantly smaller in Guildford, the pasta was over cooked with hardly any chicken and a couple of leaves of spinach. Chips were half filled and pizza definitely smaller. Waitress said they were strict on portion sizes and was not able to accommodate any of our requests. We will not be visiting Guildford branch of Zizzi again and do not recommend.

Do NOT eat here with severe allergies!! My daughter has anaphylaxis to egg, milk, sesame and nuts and the kitchen was unable to cook anything for her. She was also not allowed to eat her own allergy free food which she had brought along just in case. So she couldn?t eat anything, while being out with a group of 6 friends, who were also shocked by the way she was treated. The restaurant was really out of order.

We were 3, each ordered main course, drinks and desertsThe was very good all of us enjoyed our dishesCocktails were perfectDeserts were super tasty as well.Personally, the resturant was way too hot for me, it was full and the air condition just could not handle it so .had to step twice outside to cool offI would also like to note the excellent service.

The food was excellent well prepared and presented the children's menue was very good with wide choice, the service was a bit slow but the waitress was most helpful.

Spacious restaurant with a nice buzz. Lovely service. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal which was excellent value. Not my favourite decor but ok. Would certainly eat there again.

Usual fayre - well cooked, well presented and service ok. Zizzi is getting a bit more expensive than it used to be - 2 courses plus wine for two is around £75
