Usual high quality service. Picked up a preordered case of wine, the attendant wheeled it to my car placed in the boot of my car. You just dont get that anymore! NICE!

Great experience! Matt incredibly helpful with my enquiries, put aside the wine when didn't need to, offered to put one in the fridge so it would be cold and ready to drink, packed wooden magnum box with straw and had ready and waiting. Great service and so glad it still exists!! Thanks Matt you're a great asset to Laithwaites!

First visit to Laithwaites in Hersham - spacious store with a large range of wines and plenty of parking at the front. Staff were very friendly - special thanks to John who helped me with my selection. Online shopping is convenient but choosing wine in person at this branch was an enjoyable experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, many smaller producers and forgotten grapes. Often at a good price and if you don't like a wine they refund the price and take back the unwanted bottles. What more could you ask for?
