Easy to use service, courier picked up and there were plenty of updates, and sent back with a fairly major repair in good time. ONE thing to tweak would be that you get emailed with updates, instead of having to go to the website, but overall a very good service.

I think this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Recommended by LG. The story is too long and almost unbelievable, but basically they cracked the screen on my TV ( can't be proven), said they would give me a quote for a new screen and heard nothing for 1 week, after calling them several times I finally spoke to someone and they said they would remind the technical team. Another week with no communication, my wife and I decided we would just buy a new TV, so I called DK Audio to inform them I will be there Monday morning at 10am to retrieve my TV ( as I needed the wall mount brackets off the back of my old TV).After a long wait, I was told they could not find my TV and if it turned up they would be happy to scrap it. This made me more suspicious they had damaged my TV and didn't want me to see it. I explained my experience with the Company and that I had called 3 days previous to let them know I was coming as I just wanted the brackets ( and to inspect the damage they have caused).The gentleman had another look and found the 50inch TV quickly. As expected, there is no way that damage was done by us.I would not touch this company based on my experiences and I have voiced this to LG. The TV only went in because it would not connect to WiFi and ended up with a broken screen.Very bad experience.

Panasonics warrantys aren't worth a bean. My Lumix camera had a fault within the warranty period and it was sent to their appointed repairers, DK Audio Visual. They said there was no fault and wanted £23 to return it to me. Panasonic believed them but did pay the £23 and the camera was returned to me. I bought the camera from John Lewis so I took it to a store, they saw the fault straight away and immediately did a full refund. DKAV is untrustworthy.

Our camera wasn't repairable under our warranty plan, and we needed a replacement before we went on a special holiday trip. Staff were brilliant, especially Kelly, and we were able to pick up a new replacement camera direct from them on our way to Gatwick the day before our flight! Couldn't be happier :)

DK repaired my camera under warranty by John Lewis. Repair was done OK. Unfortunately the camera was returned without battery and SD card. Not sure where they went missing along the way but when I phoned to query it I phoned the number on the invoice. After holding for 10 minutes I was told that was the wrong number and someone would call me back. Still waiting three days later.

Sony A7RII went in for repair the LCD screen had packed up. They got it turned around as quickly as possible, received the camera back in full working order. Very happy with the repair and service.

A well deserved 5* Visited their premises expecting to book the TV in for repair when Greg & Steve jumped into action and diagnosed the issue right there and then.Changed the problem part, uploaded the software and had it up and running in no time. Couldn't recomend DK Audio Visual Services and the whole team any higher.

I contacted the manufacturer (LG) to arrange an in-warranty repair for my fully registered TV. LG asked that I send a picture showing the issue, so I sent a picture and a video. LG confirmed they received the info and that my TV would receive a warranty repair within 14 working days They said an engineer would be in touch to arrange the collection/visit and that there was nothing else I needed to do.DKAVS's idea of a arranging a visit was to demand I send them pictures of TV's rating plate, more pictures of the issue and a copy of my receipt, otherwise the booking would be cancelled even though in their words "... I know you may have sent these already to LG but we always ask them for our records."I contacted DKAVS who said it was the fastest way otherwise they would have to conduct a visit to see the problem and that it was booked for an in-home repair. I told them I was unhappy with their customer service approach and I was told I can raise the issue with LG but they do all LG's repairs in the area so I would be sent straight back to them - She was right and that is another reason to write this review. I did go back to LG who said the infomation I provided would again be passed on the the engineers - A week later the engineers told LG they were unable to arrange a booking for the repair. So the email was right about cancelling my repair if I don't give them documentation for their records.This company has terrible customer service and is dishonest in its dealings with customers. They have intentional delayed my repair and flaunted their position as sole providers in the area for LG to disrespect my rights as a consumer.

Bunch of rogues. First of all they took 4 attempts to fix my Panasonic Lumix lens. Each time sending it back with heavy debris inside the lens barrel. The second time I needed my Panachronic Lumix repaired, someone from this company tried to defraud my bank account to buy food from just eat and uber eats using the long card number I gave them to pay for an overpriced repair on the lense. Thankfully, I had no money in my account. They then sent my camera back faulty in such a way that when I zoom in or out it switches on the video recording. Also, they quoted me a price of just under £100 to repair the camera and then charged me £139. They are supposed to be the official Panachronic repair centre, but just London cheats and liars, taking lessons from Boris Johnson and the rotten Tories. Best to avoid this rotten company.

Had Richard and his son deliver a new replacement Sony TV and take the old one away. They were really friendly and super helpful! Even brought the new one up the narrow stairs to the room it was going in. Top guys - Thanks so much!

They outdid themselves. I had a faulty audio connection on my Sony a7Riii. While my camera was in. They did a full service, software update and the camera was returned to me within 4 weeks with working audio. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys. I will be using you again.

Took a TV in with a black screen and a projector with probably a replacement bulb needed? The receptionist was very pleasant and took a £50 inspection fee. Almost 3 weeks later we had to call for update , despite having our email and contact mobiles. Quoted £377 over the phone to fix projector and £166 to fix TV. No breakdown of quote or indication of problems?Some kind of scrappage scheme?But will have to call them back again! Not recommended!

If i could give 0 stars i would, our TV is covered by John Lewis and was taken away by this company who after 3 weeks failed to find a fault, they returned our tv apparently "fixed" but when it was returned the very same day we had the exact same issues. Previous to them taking away the TV they had multiple visits round to establish the issue but failed. Would not advise using them at all.
