Fantastic service, I needed a prescription before Christmas, had got the opening times mixed up at my usual pharmacy and went to Horley Pharmacy to see if they could help. With proof and ID to corroborate my explanation they were fast and kind despite it being late in the day and clearly being very busy before closing. Thank you!

Mixed review depending on service. If you are just going in to pick up a prescription, generally no issue. If you are wanting any input from the pharmacist, approach is rude and abrupt. I would not go here if you are wanting pharmacist advice. Asked at the time how I complain about the conduct of the pharmacist and was told to send an email which they then just ignore.

Today I emailed (11.43) these guys about a specific item that I was 'drawn to' as an assistance for aches/pains/swelling etc.They emailed me back @ 12.17 asking for further information and asking for a phone number.I sent them my number at 14.24They rang me at 15.14.We had a quick chat, swapping a few tidbits that had caught my eye in their Review Section and their hugely entertaining, imo, reply. And then we talked about what exactly I was thinking of, and why. 10 minutes! They didn't get a sale. They didn't want a sale. They suggested, as is, their professional opinion, that said item was more for aching muscles, which I have, so the item would be more suitable for me as it turned out.Maybe I should have bought this item? But I'm in Bishop's Stortford xxx miles away. 5 hours there and back on the train? All for £15-20 item which I'd seen on Freecycle for £0. But they deliver LOCALLY!(I got a promise for the Freecycle item when I next browsed said site! RESULT!)Sooooo...in short...3 emails, 1 ten minute phone call/consultation from an experienced Professional, gracious enough to bother to call some random 'customer', with advice, information and guidance, with a fair few 'asides' from me to make things 'interesting', ALL done with consummate ease and humour, from said Professional, for nada, nothing, diddly squat.(10 ? If I could. 5 because I can. And another 5 for going above and beyond! )Oh. Lastly, and by all means they do NOT need my assistance one jot with it, if you want to make a negative comment on their service, their product range, their whatever...my number is...on their phone records......(I HEREBY, IN WRITING, AGREE TO BE A VOLUNTEER FRONT LINE CS REP, for one day ? As restitution for your help...you have my permission to give my number to anyone, on an agreed day)......we can have a chat first...because you'll need to be on your game to get one over on these wonderful people. I'm just the 'warm up' for you. You'll need it.P.L.A.G.H.S???????

After arriving at Gatwick airport, my wife was in some pain and required some antibiotics that she has been able to acquire from other pharmacies in the past. As this was the closest pharmacy to us, we went with the belief we would be helped in a friendly and polite manner. Instead my wife came out crying as the pharmacist spoke to her in such a rude manner, making her feel like an idiot for daring to ask for advice on the antibiotics. How you can speak to someone in such an appalling manner when they are in considerable pain is absolutely abhorrent. Glad I don?t live here and need to use them on a regular basis, I feel sorry for the local residents who depend on their service daily.

Have been going for a while for my repeat prescription and until now I haven?t had any issues! Went yesterday to collect my prescription and wasn?t ready, they said it would be sorted by end of day. Went today to collect and still not ready. Offered my phone number yesterday so they could inform me but was told no need. Unfortunately the lady had a very unhelpful attitude, verging on stroppy! If they had phoned me advising still not ready I would have saved a wasted journey, parking fees etc. Not impressed!

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! They are so kind, helpful & attentive. I am from Brighton & after trying many different pharmacies around my area I found what I needed here & the staff were so lovely! Thank you so much again for your help today!!

I been there to buy a simple plaster and they discussing how much to charged me which was a 1£ for one when I checked on Amazon was 29p for one! my fault. Just be careful with pharmacy over priced stuff best to check online first

Phoned up this pharmacy to find out if they had some prescription meds I needed. They quickly checked and did have them (the only pharmacy locally that did.). I went over and my prescription was filled and presented in 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful service. Would definitely use again.

My partner went to the pharmacy to collect an urgent prescription on my behalf. She arrived at 5:25pm and the customer in front of her was served. The shop assistant said ?what do you want? in an aggressive manner to my partner. My partner explained she needed to collect an urgent prescription. The assistant aggressively replied ?we?re closed? despite the shop being open and the fact my partner had arrived at the shop 5 minutes before closing time.In all honesty you need to treat all of your customers with respect and in a non aggressive manner whilst speaking to them. If you can?t provide a service that supports the community you probably need to work in a company that is not customer facing.I find your aggression totally unacceptable and not warranted.This is not the 1st time that our community have made complaints about your assistants being rude.Personally I would consider using a different pharmacy that understands customer service and without the aggressive attitude.
