“I like this pharmacy as it is local with what used to be good links to my GP, the IT link where they can request prescriptions for you has stopped since May, now you need an app. Not sure if this is a good idea.I like the Pharmacy Assistant often at the front desk. She has a gentle, conscientious manner and knows my name without needing to ask. With the number of locum pharmacists in there, she is often the one who can solve any problems as she provides continuity and understanding of the systems.It would nice if they answered the phone from time to time though! End up having to visit in person to make an enquiry.”
